It still baffles me how football clubs can be sold to numpties. I thought they had some sort of "fit and proper" owner test that prospective owners had to pass? Quote
swaddon Posted May 2 Report Posted May 2 DABs getting pumped 3-0 by Killie, and St Mirren are losing at Dundee. As it stands, the Saints are in the play-off spot and Livi are relegated. Quote
dons8321 Posted May 2 Report Posted May 2 Killie 3 up against the DABs with 15 mins still to go ... they've had 16 shots on target! Helen currently in play off position. Quote
BigAl Posted May 2 Report Posted May 2 Last few minutes of the Scottish games. As things stand Livi relegated and given Killie are three ahead that isn't going to change and St Mirren well and truly in the shit. If Killie beat St Mirren next weekend then we can be the ones to relegated Saints the following midweek Quote
swaddon Posted May 2 Report Posted May 2 Looking down the league, Inverness will be promoted as it stands, despite a points deduction. Hamilton Accies could have been in the promotion play-off if they hadn't had a points deduction (or three). Instead, they'll be in the relegation play-off. Quote

You can guarantee that the Ojo-assaulting family (of inbred Jute cunts) club will have the after-burners on next weekend as we’re their cup final. I hate that disease of a club, although I do my best to disguise the emotion. 1 Quote

swaddon Posted Sunday at 11:51 Report Posted Sunday at 11:51 1-1 between Hibs and Celtic. Though I expect Celtic to beat ten men. But you never know. Quote

tlg1903 Posted Sunday at 12:54 Report Posted Sunday at 12:54 Not long left and 2-1 tims. Defo not been a lying down by Hibs though. Should have just equalised Quote

Oh aye, an utterly bizarre decision. Compounded by the fact that we had absolutely zero plan to replace him, and had to scramble around to pick up Armstrong on a free after the window shut (not a criticism of Armstrong). 1 Quote

The first in a series of brain farts by the club last summer. Hopefully we don't repeat last car crash of last summer. Quote
Jute Posted Sunday at 19:37 Report Posted Sunday at 19:37 Villa clearly never got the email about relegating Spurs being funny. Fielded a weakened side ahead of second leg of semi final and currently 2-0 down with 15 minutes left. Quote
Jute Posted Sunday at 21:31 Report Posted Sunday at 21:31 The ex dons derby in the MLS about to start for anyone with Apple TV. Christian Ramirez’s Austin FC v Dante Polvara’s St Louis City. ETA - Actually 3 ex dons playing. Jon Gallagher also playing for Austin. Quote
Jute Posted Sunday at 23:42 Report Posted Sunday at 23:42 Finished 2-0 to Austin. Ramirez with the assist for the second. Polvara struggled playing left side of a three man back line. Quote
Jute Posted Monday at 20:34 Report Posted Monday at 20:34 Everton 2-1 up against Manchester City with 15 minutes left. Quote
Jute Posted Monday at 20:43 Report Posted Monday at 20:43 Middle of typing 3-1 just for Haaland to score to make it 3-2. Quote

TheDonbytheDee Posted 8 hours ago Report Posted 8 hours ago Arbroath v Dunfermline on the BBC. Not a bad game. Arbroath are a decent team, for part timers, at this level. The boy Mullan at Dunfermline must be worth a punt for us. Quote

I'll give them their due, they defend well as a team. Arbroath huffed and puffed tonight, but their players looked spent. Not a lot of quality on show. Edited 6 hours ago by TheDonbytheDee Quote

Didn't see much in Marshall again. He looks to be quite strong for his age, but doesn't seem to cover a lot of ground. He was okay in the forward midfield role, but it's a decent step up to the SPFL and he wasn't a stand out. He did do a lot of the side to side stuff fairly well when he dropped deeper, and I wonder if he might fit in with us there. Often difficult to tell with midfielders on the telly though, as they do a lot of work just out of frame. I think pace might be an issue for him, but he looks better than Kjartansson. Will be really interesting to see, and I think the direct physical approach that Arbroath takes will have done him a lot of good. Hopefully he gets a good chance with us next year. Quote
