Good news, assuming a team in the top 4 wins the Scottish Cup, that means 5th place in the league will qualify for Europe. Surely that's incentive enough to strengthen the squad to a decent standard?

Agreed. Does mean that 4th placed team will be starting Europe in early July though. JC will not be happy at not getting his usual month and a bit in Spain if we are 4th next season.

Aye, if we don't finish 3rd or win the cup, we're looking at a late June/early July UEFA Cup match. A summer European trip to somewhere in a warm climate would be fantastic though.

Knowing our luck it'd end up being in Kazakstan or somewhere equaly inhospitable where they don't give out visa's unless you have a foot long beard and a herd of goats.

I thought it was going to be chilly in Ukraine in October but it was excellent, so you never know.

Got badly sunburnt in the Faroes last year.  Was expecting it to be freezing so I didn't bother taking sun cream.
