TheDonbytheDee Posted April 12 Report Posted April 12 I reckon Stephen Robinson used this thread to motivate the players yesterday. Look guys, we've been shyte, but on top of all that, there are "fans" out their, who think a 'chippy' is a suitable term for a chipper. The only way to stop such talk, is to go out, win games and put them idiots back in their box. 1 4 Quote

Jupiter Posted April 12 Report Posted April 12 There was a headline in the P&J last week that called it a chipper. Quote

Brochred Posted April 13 Report Posted April 13 A couple of years ago I saw Derek coming out of the Lido CHIP SHOP in Helensburgh. Can't remember anyone signing for Killie shortly after though Quote

Perhaps he'd gone in for a shite, or just to tell them that their sign was missing a few letters. Quote

Sorry for giving only half the story, but he did come out of the Lido with a beige coloured package, which, if he had any sense, would have included a breaded fish (even though the fish down here is an abomination compared to the pearls of the sea haddock you get in the Broch) or a haggis pudding (but I agree with Mason here the Lido isn't the best (certainly not haggis anyway) I could not tell if the package included a mock chop or a King rib, but it definitely wouldn't have been a white or red pudding supper. There isn't a bog in the Lido but he could have been complaining about the sign... 1 Quote

Panda Posted April 13 Report Posted April 13 A question we've all avoided on this relegation thread, but what does Stephen Robinson call it? Can confirm a friend from Bangor calls it "the chip". Quote

DantheDon Posted 19 hours ago Report Posted 19 hours ago Maybe stating the obvious now, but I would say that’s us realistically completely safe (if not quite mathematically). Three games to go and St. Mirren are 7 points back and Kilmarnock are 6 behind. Bear in mind they still have to play each other, worst case is they both pick up 7 points or St. Mirren pick up 9 and Kilmarnock 6. If we weren’t to pick up a single point more and that were to occur they could catch us. They are worse off by a goal difference of 10 and 12 at the moment, possibly if the scenarios described did occur this could be within reach. But ultimately it would take quite a series of results for us to end up 11th now. 2 Quote
