So rumoured to be out for several months, the news tonight is worse with the news that his season is over.

The lad has had no luck since joining us 

Wishing him all the best with his rehabilitation and hope to see him back in the No:24 shirt for us at the start of next season

Some folk don’t think he is very good- I think he has been genuinely unlucky with injury and wouldn’t have been against him playing as defensive midfielder in front of the centre halfs. 
whether he is good enough or not we may never know, but wish him well in his recovery

I agree, many of our support doubt his ability. Don't mind what nationality you are but to be captain of your country, aged twenty four with forty caps, suggests to me he has something about him.

Wish him a speedy and successful recovery.

I must admit he had yet to impress me in a match so far but given anytime I saw him he was coming back from injury that was understandable.  The boys had nae luck since he moved, I believe he had hardly ever been injured in his career prior too.

FFS rotten news. Must be murder moving to a new club/country and being constantly injured. Said it before I hope he has family/partner here with him.

Hard to say if he is any good or not, as we just haven't seen enough of him. 

Football isn't very popular in Latvia, so in this instance, I'm not quite so sure him captaining his Country at a young age is anything to go by.

You have to feel sorry for the lad. I'm sure he is frustrated with how it has went for him so far.

Still a Scottish Cup winner though.
