Loved his films Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid, The Sting & All The President's Men.

Absolutely gutted to learn this evening of the passing of Willie Young ex Aberdeen, Arsenal, Spurs, Notts Forest and Norwich City 

I remember Willie breaking into the Aberdeen team and then us selling him for £125k soon thereafter.

Young never got the Scotland caps he probably deserved owing to having been one of the Copenhagen Five who received life time bans from the SFA.

Also know for being the man who got the rules of the game changed after a FA Cup final incident involving Paul Allen

Genuinely shocked to read this. Was more a a Mondays loon, back in the day, but one of the good guys. 

This shit is getting too real. 

It was just announced this week, that he was doing a tour next year, talking about his life in music and Aberdeen was one of the dates.

That's a shocker. Wife died two years ago as well, 12yo twin boys orphaned.
