The only reason Doncaster doesn't see div 3 as "viable" is because he's trying to cover his own arse for signing contracts with rangers in the SPL for season 13/14 . It is perfectly viable and he will have to face the consequences for his stupidity.

They may change it and hold people to terms and conditions if there is a mass-return but in the past AFC have given refunds on season tickets as long as it was before the start of the season

Bbc reporting there will be no vote today. So after 2 weeks of thinking about it and enough clubs making their mind up to vote No they now want to postpone it. Couldn't make it up. SPL starts 4 weeks on Saturday and I have a feeling now Rangers wol be in it, just as Dongcaster has always wanted.

Did the SFA/SFL div 1 proposal even consider the possibility that Sevco might not get promoted at the first attempt? Or are they confident enough that they could engineer that promotion if they were struggling? Seeing the desperation that the SFA has for there to be a successful Rangers surely brings into question the integrity of referees. If they were struggling in any way the governing bodies in this country have shown they will stop at nothing to try and get them back to their "rightful place" at the top of the SPL. The Raith Rovers chairman seems to be the only one who has realised this probability.

One thing that seems to have been forgotten in this by the SPL chairman is the chance to get past the 11-1 shite for important votes which the Old Firm blocked. Each and every issue that they blocked can be re-visited and choices made for the benefit of the SPL and not 2 clubs. The second the No vote is confirmed, one club must come out and propose a new distribution model for the incoming TV and sponsorship money (which may be reduced, but will still exist).
