Precisely, if the club provide the council with robust enough evidence then they'll have little choice but to approve. It's still within it's programme time scales and the article i read said it could be delayed up to October. Anything beyond then it will hit our programme.
hopefully this is for the best. Gives the nimby's a bit more time to build their 50 foot high fences to protect them from all those horrible hooligans though
Why? Because people will listen to the rhetoric despite the fact that there have now been two terrorist attacks under this farcical government alone. MSM will say we need tighter restrictions etc and spread fear. All of which the tories are purveyors of.
I hope you and Rocket are right and I've over thought it, but I know that I am far from alone in thinking this. Most of my mates have said the exact same thing.
Have to say, AFC have done a good job on the PR front in advertising this. Seems like a lot of folk have taken them up on wee poster you can adapt and put in your window:

Hopefully the Friday Red and White day is a great success
Gutted I can't make the game myself, but absolutely buzzin' for it!
Fantastic news and realistically, the captain we knew we should have had at the start of the season. He's gonna make sure everyone is fired up for it.
:ultras:
Genuinely think that was half the problem in the league cup final. We were all negative because of the line up. We need the team and the fans to believe from the outset.
Not really a celeb, but a hero in his own sport most certainly. Was gutted to read about this yesterday.

Can't say I was ever the biggest Moto GP fan but I definitely saw plenty of races of him smashing it. The duels between him and Valentino Rossi were awesome.
The timing of the bombing couldn't have been worse / better, depending on which side of the fence you sit. Horrific tragedy but very convenient for the Tories, in particular May.
So good to see the city pull together. Listening to some mother on the radio this morning who's child was still unaccounted for was gut wrenching. Wouldn't wish that on anyone.
22 believed to have been killed in a suicide bomb attack at the MEN arena last night. Never good to hear about it, thankfully and probably selfishly, I'm glad it doesn't appear that I knew anyone there
Cammy Smith signed for St. Mirren today. Probably his level tbh. As ED said to me elsewhere, frees up some cash.

It has been a very good season, let's hope we can make it an awesome season on the weekend!
I'd like to caveat, I haven't checked whether any of this is true
Sorry Kenny, moved this in to the topic i'd already set up
It's absolutely ridiculous that Shinnie isn't in there, given that McGinn is a championship player. But we shouldn't be surprised, WGS has done it before.
