  1. I am quite happy to see AFC trying to secure signings for as little as they can get away with. Its what every business does and they would be neglegant in their duties if they didn't do it. The problem as I see it is I just don't think that JC and the others involved in securing these players are particularly good at their job. Guys like Levein and Hughes are just steadily getting on with the job of building their squads without all the bravado and gusto that surrounds our club. I'm not convinced Aberdeen have an effective plan to build a decent squad for next year and every player we are involved with, both internally and externally, only serves to compound that view as deals collapse or players hold out forever before rubber dicking the club. All of the problems that frustrate the hell out of us all are down to poor management from top to bottom. There may be people at the club who are capable in certain areas but we are woefully short of some outstanding stewardship at the Aberdeen FC, thats the long and short of it for me.
  2. When Cheltnham Town are in for the same striker as us I just know its time to take up fucking golf this year
  3. My personal favourite is him having no intention to quit the club but would listen to offers....

.....but what if that 'celeb' is actually just a small child whose parents tried to sedate her so they could enjoy a nice meal and a few drinks and it all went horribly wrong and not a celeb after all ?
  5. I liked the one with the huge badge circa 1984
  6. Rather a budget like Motherwell's ?

    Madelaine McCann is already dead.

    Celeb Deaths

I may have to start a campaign to claim Sharon is dead. He has been 'kept alive' for years now. Surely the Isreali government are just masking his death for political reasons ?

Sorry about my dodgy transfer dealings I just assumed such obscure names wouldn't be taken. I forgot there were people playing to win now I''l hang on to Sharon and Linkletter for the time being. In the meantime can I just remind people of this: CD Primera Liga Division Ajja 2pts Sneckie 1pt Harcus 1pt Penfold 1pt Aberdeen Ladette 1pt Everybody else 0pts :finger:
  10. I guess with Frail on the scrap heap they are short of a doormat at Tynecastle.
  11. If thats the case then I'd say bollocks to JC. He really does have a mentality of 'in my gang' or not. There are players who can do no wrong and then players who can do no right. If he decides you are not required then he will happily leave you out of the side and give you away for fuck all. Its not even grown up let alone professional or commercially astute.
  12. Problem is that people are tending to judge him on a few classy performances (mainly in europe or for 15 mins at the end of games) and the fact he wasn't given the chance to do much more might well be that he had very little more to give. I quite like him as a player but maybe thats because I would prefer we had the luxury of being able to play hi sstyle of football. Simple fact is we don't so its maybe not the craziest idea to sell him on. Doesn't hide the fact that we are getting weaker not stronger though
  13. They seem good at bringing in youthful and inexperienced players who can outplay most sides on their day but suffer from inconsistency. Signing a batch of experienced journeymen would ordinarily look like a weak move but with Falkirk I think it is exactly what they require. A better balance to their side and they might just find the consistency to challange top 6 properly.
  14. I think Falkirk are going to be a good side next season. They might do what Kilmarnock did for a few years and be top 6 regulars.
  15. I reckon Stevie Gray could teach JC a few tricks about how to get a proper tan.
  16. Sounds like the Sun getting confused with us going back in to renew loan deals.
  17. What did I really mean ? Jones and Hackett - enormous amount of sarcasm. Gray - touch of tongue in cheek with a sense of regret that he didn't do more than he could have. Essentially, what you said back at ya
  18. My wife would rather sit at home hammering slithers of bamboo under her finger nails than come to a game of football. Mind you she has met a few of the Globe Reds so I can't blame her. Have to say I'm happy that way. I can't imagine anything worse than having a partner who enjoyed football. Its my toy and I don't want to share it.
  19. Add to that the fact he can also play right back and we are really in the eye of the storm in terms of JCs floundering defensive strategies.
  20. Would have to be either Tom Jones or Gary Hackett for me. Although on second thoughts, Stevie Gray was a touch of class.
  21. Inches Fuck me that is a lot.
  22. Not to mention making you look a con-genital (see what I did there ?) fool
  23. The list of European candidates who 'put their hat into the ring' and then pull it out again is becoming very funny. Phase 1: Word gets out that a Scottish team are offering big wages to compete with the OF and it sounds like an interesting challenge with a fat pay packet so it naturally attracts some interesting names. Phase 2: Any interested candidate makes some subtle enquiries with anyone who knows the Scottish scene. Phase 3:
  24. 18 for me. with all this how far have you travelled, how many miles away, how many games did you go to bollocks why don't we all just post pictures of our cocks and be done with it ?
  25. ~Do you earn £5m for getting rodgered by some part-time club from the Vatican City in the 18th qualifying round ? Bring on the emmmbbbaaarrraaassment please
