As much as I believe Charlie Allan is as much a writer as I am a deep sea wood welder, part of me thinks that the guy is merely writing in the belief that he is the voice of the fans. If you were to go onto the likes of the hat and read the posts of a few high number posters there then you would think JC is the worst thing ever to happen to the club.

If he wants to go then let him go. His next contract his likely to be his last and that means he will have little or no resale value to the club. During his period at the club its is only in the last season or so that he has started turning the performances in. The club is bigger than any player and Im sure he will be replaced by someone else.

Maguire off the pitch seems to have as much sense as his on pitch persona. Any player that happily sticks on his Celtic shirt after playing in/pumped in an away reserve match against Celtic needs a kick up the arse.

The Seve scenario is likely to have lost him the dressing room too.

My one hope with the whole scenario is that people realise that all is not well in the Pittodrie dressing room. Its an old boys club at the moment with players being continually selected even if their performances do not merit it.

Its common knowledge that many of the squad know that what ever happens they will be in the team week in week out.

Im nae going to say Clangers should be dunted as he has in general had a good season. Seve though should have been out of the club a long time ago. Russell Anderson is not only missed on the pitch but his presence as club captain is also missed. The jokers/pissheads at the club now take the utter piss and Mr Severin has been Bertie Big Bollocks at Todders all season. Its plainly obvious that some of these players will never be dropped. They know it and the rest of the squad knows it. JC has gotten himself and the club into this situation, he no has to deal with it as all is not well at Pittodrie.
