Yes, it's all to do with the fact that they have been forced to cut their costs and the interactive service is one area that took a hit. I'm not watching it but the Federer match sounds decent.

Sounds like Hilco are about to rescue them, hope they keep most of the stores open. I've just walked passed the Aberdeen store, and it is mobbed, presumably there are some good deals on.
