Absolutely. Even David Blunkett could see that. It can't be a coincidence that Langfield starts to look poor again, after Leighton has gone.

Smith was a centre half, and a very good one at that. I'm not sure I'd vote for him in this poll, but he deserves to be there ahead of at least 2 of the other names listed.

He's hardly a scapegoat when he's been pish all of 2009. He's the most frustrating player I've seen play for us in a very long time. He's not trying at all and we are better off without him IMHO. He is making Mackie look great at the moment.

Fair enough, that may be McGhee's fault if that's how we've to play when Miller is on the park, but I'd rather the decision was taken away from him.
