  1. I remain unconvinced that there are many better available options considering we would have to pay him off and if we moved for somebody under contract we would have to pay their club as well. This all costs money that we cant really be affording to throw about.

October is a huge month for us though.

  2. He does have a point, well unless its against some non-league side and they've been out played.

I always think you should back the team during the game (until its obvious we have no chance of getting anything out of it) and express feelings of disgust etc at the end. Booing during the game or at half time, isnt going to help the team get anywhere.

  3. I personally don't see the point in replacing the manager after 6 games.

With all due respect surely its a lot more than 6 games? Yes possibly this season we've only played that amount but its still the same guy that was in charge when we got pumped out of 2 semi finals, deservedly, and werent exactly great shakes in the league even though we finished 4th.

I should also state i'm not saying one way or the other whether its a new manager that we need.

  4. Who's that lying on the stairwell is a complete myth unless of course you're a hun in which case you make up the words and create you're own song (somebody previously found the lyrics on follow follow). The ID song never gets past a couple folk singing we all agree before they get shouted down or an acceptable song is sung over them.

You are right though, huns are cunts

  5. There have been rumours flying about that the players had organised a night out after hamilton because they were sure to beat them!!

Ended up with a few of them not endearing themselves to the fans they came across though.

    Will find links from afc-chat...

  6. I was not for a second justifying the changes he made on Saturday and would have been happy for Mair to continue at centre half as he played well against St. Mirren but he had started the season with Considine and Severin so was not a huge surprise to see those two playing together again. Though if it was my choice, Severin would have been behind both Zander and Mair in the race to start at centre half alongside Considine.

  7. I'd start Zander too, every week. When he's on his game he's probably as influential as anyone. I am a tad concerned though that perhaps the reason he's on the bench is that his injury hasn't cleared up as expected/hoped. After the amount of fucking around last season with the centre half pairings, I'd hoped he'd learned his lesson to keep things as steady as possible, but obviously not.

That is arguably what he is trying to do considering he started with Considine and Severin due to Zander being out injured.
