Forgot to say, had the pleasure to see him playing for Hamburg against us at Pittodrie in '81.
Might have been at the tail end of his career, but an absolute class act

Franz Beckenbauer, aged 78.
A legend of the football game

Has to be said, there is much more love for Ferguson now that he is playing in Italy than there ever was when he was actually our player.
Know huns who still blindly say that he was never good enough for them and glad they didn't try to sign him when he was set to leave us.
Don't know which is the worse trait, blind faith or utter stupidity.
All just because he didn't crawl over the broken glass they would have liked him to do to return to the Tribute Act.
I always liked Ferguson from the day he first pulled on our shirt. A shining example of how to apply yourself as a youngster in this game and delighted to see him prospering the way he is.
He is extremely unlucky for the national team and at pretty much any other place in time would have 40 odd caps under his belt.

Findlay Marshall off to Edinburgh City on loan until end of the season.

David Soul aged 80
Absolutely loved Starsky & Hutch back in the day.
Had a decent run as a recording artist also. Sure I once read that he was the highest selling artist in the UK in 1977 or something like that.

Just seen that mentioned on Twitter by some German journalist. Young Boys allegedly bidding €2.5m.
Apparently we are holding out for 3 million.
English championship clubs interested as well.
If we sell him, we ain't selling Miovski.
Surely there is no way both of them go in this window ?

Winston's nephew
Aye the same Winston Bogarde who took Chelsea for close to £10m over four years whilst not playing.

I'm really pleased that we won and sounded like some really good stuff but does it not make everyone just a little bit pissed off at all the times we knew this should have been the way we were lining up and leaving Barron out of starting line up in League Cup Final just looks criminal now!!
Also Happy New Year everyone
Happy New Year missus
I'm not a little bit pissed off........I'm hugely pissed off over this.
Robson's stubbornness cost us the chance of a trophy and cost him support at a time when he could have banked some decent credit.

Didn’t see the game, in the Bahamas for a little break! I fully understand Robson sticking with 3 at the back until November, giving the summer signings a chance to gel before making changes, but I suppose he stuck with it until the end of Europe. But now he has to make change, couple of games now where we’re clearly better with a back 4. Losing Barron is a loss but we still have to sign a center mid regardless, and we have depth there. As pointed out, we had center mids wide in polvara and McGrath, hopefully we sign a left and right mid this window and kick on in January.
Call yourself a Don
Holidaying in Bahamas as opposed to watching us away to The Staggies
Fucking shocking min.

That's a bit insulting, mate...lampposts are useful for pedestrians, dogs.
Ach come on now, his comment was trying to shed some light and is clearly not worthy of receiving any pish

Who'd have thought it
Start Polvara and Barron, play Clarkson further forward and see what happens
Fancy that eh ?
Might I have said it weeks ago.
As Rico states above, Robson just don't revert back to type anytime soon.
Haven't given up all hope that Barron might extend contract even if it is only for twelve months.

Being linked with a Japanese left back in press today.

Apologies for the link.
Apparently we looked at him in the summer but went for McGarry instead, so this appears to be old news

We have won 5 out of 17 so far and can’t see us managing to win all 4 games in hand unless something changes quickly. Something needs to change and whether it’s Robson changing tactics and style of play or the club changing the manager something needs to change or we are going to get dragged into a fight to avoid a relegation play off place.
Couldn't agree more Jute

Not advocating the return of McInnes but sick of hearing about the games we have in hand over others.
So the four games in hand on Killie how many of the twelve points and thirteen goal difference do we you fancy us to pick up ?

Angus MacDonald on the radar of several English League 1 clubs and somewhat bizarrely Toronto F.C allegedly.

Luke Littler, absolutely outstanding

Haven't heard it, but did Robson give an interview to Radio Scotland post match ?

If we concede the league now, can we keep 8th place?
Sorry to break it to you OD but we're 9th now.
Motherwell have moved above us

Thanks for the European trips Barry but please just face facts and do the decent thing.
