Pollock off to Derby for a few years. We'll pick him off if he turns out to be a player.
Nothing official on that Rico and it appears as if the source of that story is reckoned to be somewhat dubious.
Expect broom cupboard photo later today

Super fans like me need to top up our status somehow, otherwise it would be unfair.
Seems fair enough, although I don't want to be greedy and am going to pass on this one.
Can't see there being fighting outside Pittodrie to get my six points

Six loyalty points for those that attend this game.

I don't think we should, unless we're getting rid of Rubezic or Gartenmann isn't signing. He benefited massively from MacDonald being in the centre last season as he was very slow on the turn and to get back into position. I think he was a little overrated. Not completely averse to it, but only with space freed up, and maybe not with Robson in charge as he'd likely try and shoehorn four centre backs into the team. I think he's struggling as it is to deal with a squad of multiple players who play in the same position. If it was the summer window, I'd be much keener.
I should have qualified my "absolutely" with the explanation that I also was saying that on the basis that one would be going out to compensate, and the obvious one is Gartenmann given he is on loan to us, unless of course that Ange is following up on his alleged interest in Ruby and is going to chuck a multi million £'s offer on the table

That's Vinnie away then.
Surprisingly though it is just on loan until the end of the season.
Maybe he'll be back in pre season with a new manager and a clean slate

Incredible how poorly Aberdeen actually advertise there things. Too busy wishing players happy birthday.
But the game is on PPV for £12.99 through St Johnstone, or cash gates are open in the main stand for those like me who have just found themselves with a day off and are considering going.
Have the bosses been going through your posts on here and sacked you

Surely has to be the quietest transfer window ever for us.
Hasn't even been so much as a rumour that has had any substance so far.

Not getting the love in for Mikey Johnston. Can't say I can recollect anything I've seen that suggests he would either be worth the fee it would take or worth making him our highest paid player.
In the event that we were to sign him, I would be happy to be proved wrong.

Why are the BBC reporting this today as if it's news ?
Other media sources reported this last week.

Nah. Harvey played a couple of games (sub) under Glass, and maybe one sub under Goodwin in the league cup. Bavidge had already moved ahead of him at that point. Didn't really excite in his brief appearances in the way some young players do, looked a little slow and obviously not physically up to it at that point.
That said, Bavidge is also a long way from ready too, but he did score in Aberdeen at the weekend at least.
A goal, drugs or a woman ?

Liam Harvey released to join Buckie Thistle. There was a lot of talk of him being a top prospect not that long ago.
Wow, that's a strange one.
I thought the club's hopes for Harvey were higher than Alfie Bavidge.
Maybe one of those who requires to take a step backwards to take two forward.
