Massive fan of the podcasts and his work, went to see a talk with him at Aberdeen uni in the summer which was fantastic, great insight to what he does and how well received he is by people in Spain, the Neville podcast is my favourite, really enjoyed the Waddle one too.

Pretty much so, put a little bit of weight on in the last year but got a decent shape about me.

Nope, I went over seat and got crushed, that doesn't mean I broke any, the police spoke to guys that they assumed broke seats, I wasn't one of them.

I was near where seats got broken, it wasn't intenional, I got decked across 3 or 4 rows after the goals and loads of others went flying taking out seats along the way, my calves are in bits today. On the performance itself, brilliant, heart and work rate is there even after losing an early goal, we are playing with balls and swagger and teams won't like that, especially celtic next week.

Just when training, now and then though, I'm in a weird frame of mind right now, avoiding weights and pounding out the cardio, done a 3.5mile run on saturday, sparring yesterday and just back from a good session this morning, depends how I'm feeling I'll pop the BCAA, thursday night when i done a weights session I had about 5 of them.
