Sky and BT have agreed to pay £5.1 BILLION for tv rights to show the EPL for three season as of 2016/2017 season.  That's absolutely mental!?!

Also, says it all that they premier league are only investing £57 million into grass roots football.  No wonder it's on the decline in England.

Sky got 5/7 packages.

  • Pep never won the Tennents Sixes. Debate closed.

  • The level of punishment is a fascinating one. If you go all the way and expel them from the premier league, and the efl also reject them, then what happens? Some might feel that's the appropriate puni

  • Exactly. Fergie is a Judas cunt for leaving the Dons, whereas we can only assume that the latter has never joined the Dons in case he one day has to leave them.

Future of the PL at stake I would suggest. It’s a fucking mess. Hilarious though.

It’ll somehow need sorted asap as this season is a farce without any sanctions.

No way it’s getting sorted quickly as Manchester City will appeal everything.

What if Man City win the league this season? Would they be allowed to keep it? The rest of this season could be a farce.

Hilarious is right!!! For the first time in a long time I actually have an interest in the race for the PL and genuinely can't wait for the Liverpool v City game next week. Liverpool fans are going to have a field day and I can't wait to see what they come up with banner and song wise, they have plenty prep time too. It's not going to get sorted anytime soon now that City have appealed it though. The only chance would be for the Premier league to come up with a settlement for them that was binding enough to not allow anyone to take any further legal action against them and that would require Abu Dhabi admitting they are cheating cunts. Not happening. This will run for years but it will probably remain quite amusing for the duration.
