England v Scotland

Scotland to get 20,000 tickets for the game which can be reserved with Hampden "Season Ticket" which go on sale tomorrow

ENGLAND AWAY MATCH RESERVATION GUIDELINES

BACKGROUND

The English FA have invited the Scotland Men’s A Squad to take part in a special one-off exhibition match against England to celebrate their 150th Anniversary.

MATCH INFORMATION

International Challenge Match

ENGLAND v SCOTLAND

Wembley Stadium, LONDON

Wednesday 14 August 2013 – kick off time to be confirmed

TICKET PRICE(s)

The Ticket price(s) are still to be confirmed by the English FA.

TICKET ALLOCATION

The English FA have offered our Association the opportunity of up to 20,000 tickets.

In order to confirm our intention to use this full quantity of tickets (approx. 22% of the stadium) we cannot wait until June 2013 when we would normally apply the tickets to the away points levels after the Croatia match.

Therefore, we must gauge levels of demand now subject to the circumstance of this special one-off match.

Therefore 5,000 tickets have been protected and will be used in June 2013 after Croatia and applied in the normal away allocation process, where tickets are offered first to those members on 10 points, 9 points and so on until all tickets are allocated.

5,000 tickets is approx. 5.5% of the allocation of Wembley capacity and a standard UEFA away allocation.

RESERVATION PROCESS

The remaining 15,000 tickets can be reserved by Scotland Supporters Club members on a first come first served basis once they purchase a Scotland Season Ticket for the 2012/2013 World Cup Qualification campaign.

Members will be asked to indicate via a simple “tick box” process on-line if they wish to reserve an England ticket.

Members without an email or requiring Disabled Section access can call 0141 616 6196 / 7 / 8 / 9.

Members will also be asked to provide a credit or debit card to guarantee their reservation and for any other member on whose behalf they are purchasing a Scotland Season Ticket.

No payment will be taken at this time.

Once ticket prices are confirmed you will be contacted by email or telephone to advise when payment would be applied to your nominated credit or debit card. This will be approximately 7 days after notification. You will have the choice at that time to “opt out” of the process and cancel your reservation(s) otherwise payment will be taken on the due date.

To be honest I thought Hutton was outstanding against Croatia!

Sooooo

When was the last time you heard of a player without a club 2 weeks before the start of the season getting an international call up?

To be honest I thought Hutton was outstanding against Croatia!

In fairness I will concede he didn't have a bad game that night.

Still don't think he represents the future of the national team, but then again as will have been noted previously I'm not exactly excited about our national team full stop.

He must be about to sign for a second division club!

He must be about to sign for a second division club!

Ayr United ???

Good to see Kenny Miller in the squad, cracking young player, bags of potential and has been playing great for his club.

Hutton, when employed correctly, is a cracking attacking fb.  If he's told to sit back he does not have the tactical nous and end's up resorting to thuggery.  When told to push forward regularly with either a wide mid or a defensive midfielder (like Macarthur against croatia) covering his position he is a real asset.

Same old shite, we're gonna get humped canna be arsed...
