Seems a bit odd announcing it before season is over. The timing of this is shocking, now we'll have to spend a fortune paying Robinson's contract off Quote

swaddon Posted May 22 Report Posted May 22 Michael Carrick has been confirmed as Manchester United's "permanent" manager. Imagine appointing the interim boss as the full time manager. What kind of diddy club would do that? Quote
Jute Posted May 22 Report Posted May 22 Manchester City officially confirm Pep Guardiola to step down. Apparently naming the North Stand at the Emptyhad after him. Quote

I read something yesterday, about the judgement of the 115 financial charges, against City, are to be made in the next few weeks. I don't follow EPL much and don't follow the story, but I wonder if this has a bearing on his decison to exit. Quote

Not that it's an excuse, but the death of Diogo Jota will have had an effect on that club last season. Did they expect to retain the title after that? Quote
