tom_widdows Posted yesterday at 19:32 Report Posted yesterday at 19:32 Possibly not been paying attention but just seen all three european finals are only being shown on TNT sports, HBO max and amazon prime. No free youtube or discovery+ options this year. Disappointing but suspect its only a matter of time before world cup etc follows Quote
Jute Posted yesterday at 20:14 Report Posted yesterday at 20:14 Bournemouth winning 1-0 which makes Arsenal champions tonight. Quote
Jute Posted yesterday at 20:31 Report Posted yesterday at 20:31 Finished 1-1 so Arsenal are Champions in England. Quote
Jute Posted yesterday at 20:37 Report Posted yesterday at 20:37 Meanwhile Chelsea 1-0 against Spurs which will mean relegation won’t be settled until last day. Quote
Jute Posted yesterday at 20:42 Report Posted yesterday at 20:42 2-0 Chelsea. Spurs still just need a point at the weekend but on this evidence that is not a given. Quote
Jute Posted yesterday at 21:12 Report Posted yesterday at 21:12 Finished 2-1. Spurs need a point against Everton to stay up. West Ham need to beat Leeds and hope Spurs do what Spurs do. Quote
Jupiter Posted yesterday at 21:14 Report Posted yesterday at 21:14 Too bad it's not going to the last day. Imagine Arsenal blowing the league and Spurs getting relegated at the same time. Quote
tom_widdows Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Villa hitting Frieburg with two spectacular goals just before half time. Germans looked rattled and the HT whistle possibly rescued them. Quote
swaddon Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago I'm glad that Villa are going to win the cup, I've always had a soft spot for them. Quote
Jute Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago Comfortable win for Villa in the end. Two great strikes really sealed it for them. Emery winning his 5th European trophy. Quote
tom_widdows Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago (edited) St Mirren supposedly sold out their allocation for tomorrow night and thistle had to 'restrict' the home support tickets to people on their database who have attended at least three games (now reduced to two games) Was half considering going along for a third playoff series all be it in the home end this time but will have to make do with the Hyndland Rock again unless they cut the criteria to one game. Thistle have sold out their allocation for the second leg so hopefully they wont fall apart tomorrow night. In other news they have asked their fans to avoid pyros and pitch invasions as they were given a suspended sanction last season with any breach potentially resulting in parts of firhill being closed. Wonder if this will come up when they get round to discuss yon Tic Edited 1 hour ago by tom_widdows Quote
