Didn't watch it,only know the score.

Not surprised we got beat.

Thankfully, I can put football to one side until July/August.

What a shit season it has been.

July. The League Cup starts on the weekend of 11-12th.

A fitting end to the season.

Pathetic second half capped by yet another weak as piss goal conceded from a set piece.

Its actually good they’ve reverted to type last 2 games. Last thing we needed was anyone thinking any of these useless cunts were the answer for next year.

You wouldn’t make a case to keep any of them based on that and the season as a whole. I’m pretty sure Robinson’s mind was made up already - and nothing will have changed after that.

9th, in that league, and it probably flatters them tbh.

Fans clapping them off at the end there too - why, just why? 😂🤦‍♂️

Good luck Robinson, you’re gonna need it.

One positive - that’s it all over thank fuck…

I tell you something, I'm never buying any of Ryan Astley's uncle's records again.

Never gonna let you down, eh?

Excellent interview from Robinson there.

Spot on, and he didn’t miss them.

He knows what needs done, the question given the scale of the task is will he be able to do it…

I very much doubt it. The biggest question is whether he'll be given time. Also whether he'll be allowed to shift on some of the players on very long contracts, or he'll be forced to try and turn some of them into players.

Desperate stuff, and why do we hoof the ball up in the air when our players are smaller than opponents, all over the park. Who do we keep - not many. Nisbet maybe a goal scorer, but not if he doesn’t get the passes and service, as has been the case all this fking awful season. N.B. we need players playing for the jersey and not sitting back having received a lucrative contract, whatever they produce.

Only eight weeks until it all starts again in the League Cup.

Eight weeks to turn this shower of shite into a team.

I wish Robinson all the luck in the world.

The first line up of the league cup phase is sure to be interesting, that's all I can say.

Today was the final nail in many players coffins and I eagerly await the news of players leaving the club. Obviously we'll have to wait until the end of the window to see what we're left with but surely in the next couple of weeks we'll start to see the mass exodus begin!

The League Cup group stage draw is 27 May and will be televised, so get that in the diaries.

As for today. Molloy is shite, I don't know why people are so keen to give him a chance. One of the goals, he gives it away, gets back into position, then is outjumped because he can't jump, something that has been evident for some time, and no amount of time will fix that.

Milne surely is one of the guys Robinson alludes to when he criticises the lack of fight and desire? Devlin has that, but isn't the same player he once was. Our defence is hopeless.

The midfield three at times today actually played some decent stuff. Keskinen I thought looked okay more central - he'll battle in there and his through balls are better than his crossing.

Robinson - I don't get the criticism of him this early. He's got more out of this group of charlatans than anyone else has, and more than I thought possible. He's saved us from the ignominy of a play-off. Will judge him next season.

I take away my initial prediction that Robinson would last until the end end of next season. He'll be gone by christ mas

Keskinen is like Olasanya (and McLennan) in that his feet are behind what his brain is telling them to do.  Milne at WB was terrible and cost us the first goal, his CB performance wasn't any better.

Didn't hear any criticism of Robinson in the stands today, maybe it's a social media thing.

Thank the lord!!

Glad to see someone else seeing what I’ve been seeing for ages.

Not big enough, not physical enough, not good enough for this league.

The amount of folk I’ve also seen online today saying he should stay is as baffling as it is worrying. We seem to have a lot of fans that don’t know what a defender looks like.

Totally agree on the comments on the defence, Milne & Robinson too…

The One Hit Wonder in 1983 from Orange Juice "Rip It Up" (and start again) is the most accurate song associated with this shower of shit.

As others have said thank fk that season is finally over.

I just fear that there is not long enough between now and start of the LC group stage for Robinson to get the major overhaul done, and have a vastly improved squad ready to go.

But we live in hope (it is what we do)
Lower our expectations, hope for the best and be prepared for the worst.

Here's to next season and the only way is up ........................................... is it 😵‍💫

Molloy for me is also afraid to take responsibility and play a forward pass- too often turns and plays square pass or. Back to the goalie

accept that sometimes there is little movement but seems afraid to take responsibility

Milne just looks afraid - and I really wanted the loon to do well, but doesn’t have the heart

Both are young lads and will improve. If Milne had someone alongside him barking at him and telling him to go through the ball, he'd soon learn how to use his size and strength properly. Knoester doesn't do that part sadly. A preseason to work on his overall fitness and strength will do him good, and a leader at the back in the door and he'll be an asset.

Molloy is okay as a squad player, backup for left centre half and left back. He's very good at one on one's and positionally pretty decent. He definitely plays within himself as you say, and probably does himself a disservice by not being braver on the ball. Jack MacKenzie was similar until his last couple of seasons. Both are that sort of in-between type, where they aren't fast enough and brave enough to be the overlapping fullback and not big enough to be the centre back that they could be by shying away from the work required. Molloy would benefit massively from being told that he's never going to be a centre back because of his physical attributes and to work his arse off to make the left back spot his own. That will involve him really upping his fitness so he can do the yards up and down the pitch, and working on his bravery on the ball (because he's not a terrible footballer), taking on men and crossing. I don't think he's a worse footballer than MacKenzie was at 23. He's just got to do the work.

If we're keeping Gyamfi then I'd let Molloy go though, it has to be one or the other. I'd probably prefer Molloy, but Gyamfi would allow us to see more of Frame because he's always injured!

Maybe a bit harsh on Knoester here but really why the fk did he win our POTY award.
I know there were really not very many contenders as such and the award should have been scrapped. But it wasn't scrapped and it went to him which really was a weird one in my humble opinion, but hey ho what the fk do I know.

I would not be against keeping both Milne and Molloy (Gyamfi can go) but for sure Milne and Molloy would need a solid leader to play alongside at the heart of our defence and at the moment that is a glaring gap right there that needs to be filled, Along with a shitload of other glaring gaps.

Good luck Robinson you are going to fukin need it min.
But then again I guess you had a fair idea of the magnitude of the task in hand when you accepted the job, so fair play for appearing to have the balls to give it a go and take it on.
Now get after it and fix it min.

Jist fkn do it
