Panda Posted yesterday at 20:47 Report Posted yesterday at 20:47 Geiger had some nice touches, and was unlucky with the free-kick that led to the second goal considering he had won the ball. But Shinnie is a better player than him - even at 34. I'd keep Lobban, Frame, Nisbet, and wouldn't really be arsed about the rest. 2 Quote
The.Moog Posted yesterday at 20:52 Report Posted yesterday at 20:52 Well the normal service that has been 95% of this season well and truly returned there. Dreadful. That first half was the dictionary definition of a meaningless end of season game, every single one of them just going through the motions and then giving away yet another dreadful goal by just completely switching off. The Midfield 3 never got a hold of that game at all. Geiger was poor for him Aremu not great and can we please just get rid of Palaversa now, that boy offers absolutely nothing. Bit brighter for about 20 mins at the start of the second half, but it didn’t last and then another poor goal conceded. None of the defence could cope with Mandron. They are just not built for this league, any of them. Gyamfi gets injured again. Absolutely no use to us that. Olusanya busy again, but misses yet another one on one because he can’t play football. Seriously we have to be able to get better than that. At least that doesn’t continue any chance of anyone being fooled into thinking that this team doesn’t need completely dismantled and rebuilt, they were, are and always will be a poor, poor side. Not one of them did anything to convince anyone they should stay, no bad thing IMO. One game to go, thank fuck… 1 Quote
firphuxachemin Posted yesterday at 21:06 Report Posted yesterday at 21:06 (edited) Weel thank God that is the last home game of the season. Mr Robinson, if that is your style of play I will not be getting my bum out of the seat. If Olosunya is the standard of player we are looking at then that aint going to cut the mustard. He's a trier but not a footballer. A year from now Robinson could well be gone. Edited yesterday at 21:15 by firphuxachemin Quote
RicoS321 Posted yesterday at 21:08 Report Posted yesterday at 21:08 That was honking. Nae traffic on the way home though. 1 Quote
Kowalski Posted yesterday at 21:30 Report Posted yesterday at 21:30 Fucking seagulls were brutal - lad in front of me has no idea the state of his jacket until he takes it off later. Anyway, did we just lie down to save Robinson’s old team? Whole midfield was dreadful. Ball was in the air far too much tonight. Olusanya at least tries but I’m not sure most of the rest did. Can’t wait to see the back of the likes of Geiger and Palaversa, also Cameron can fuck off back to Mordor. Quote

It's a real concern that we've signed him and there might be an obligation to start him in that role next season. He's bottom six pish, unless he has a massive fitness drive in preseason. Quote

Agreed he was terrible tonight but I expect he’ll be here next season. Quote

We are fucked if that is the standard of player we are looking to sign. Just because he has offered us more than Ambrose, Yengi and Lazetic, shouldn't mean he is given a contract. Quote
Mason89 Posted 15 hours ago Report Posted 15 hours ago Aberdeen FC as a Club, don’t try to do anything in the first half of a game. The amount of times we’ve went in at halftime with 0 shots on target is brutal. It’s like we wait to see what’s happening in a game, before deciding how we’re going to approach it. It’s been going on for a few managers now & I’ve no idea why. Heed first you hopeless c*nts Quote

My depression has lifted after last night's shitshow and backing us to win the lot next year. 1 Quote
