Dundee United v Aberdeen

If it's on, the Dons will travel to the home of the mouse-sized lice to give the PJMs a good spanking. It takes place on Wednesday 11th February, kicking off at 1945 hours.

I fancy us to benefit from our recent break and win 2-0.

Struggling to see what the issue here is. Perfect football conditions.

If some c**t hadn't driven their car and caravan up and down the pitch it would have been fine.

Surely a blessing, if we can keep on avoiding actually having to play this may turn out to be our most successul month of the season.

Can't wait for February's Goal of the Month competition.

At least

Goodwin had time to drive down the road and watch Celtic again.

Think February's goal of the month is to get a manager in by March

Tuesday 24th February for this one, assuming that their pitch is not like a ploughed field by then.

Utd play the Spartans and then Killie on that pitch before we visit. Oh joy.

Yep, four games in 14 days on that pitch.

I saw that their pitch was not in good condition today, and there's more rain on the way.

Perhaps the club could find a ploughed field to train on this week to get acclimatised to the conditions.

A pitch made for flipper feet Devlin. He spends most of a game on his arse anyway.

I can't see anything other than an Aberdeen victory

* With the addendum "VAR / refereeing team permitting". Sad that needs to be added but it obviously does.

If they tried a slide tackle on that, they would end up sliding all the way to Dens Park.

no way we are getting anything from this one.

2-0 (at least) the Arabs. the games a bogey

Not going to be one for the purists tomorrow I suspect. Didn’t see any highlights at weekend as I was behind the couch at the vaguest mention of Scottish football but radio guys were saying the pitch looked terrible at Tannadice for Killie game. Can’t imagine it’ll have improved.

I have no idea why I’m going to this but I am. It might be beer.

Oh dear. A joke isn't funny if you have to explain it.

Is it true it's been 10 years since we beat them down at Tannadump?

Couple that, with losing our last 6 away fixtures, I am convinced we will beat them tonight.

It's been a season for clubs to end a bad run of fixtures, at certain grounds.

We really could be doing with the points too.

Come on Dons, just win it.

No. We beat them 3-1 there in March 2023.

United fans on the train last week were talking about staying in the pub rather that going to their game as Goodwin had sucked all the joy out of watching their team so cannot see this being classic as Ajja said. Red card for Morrison means Milne should start which is what should have happened on Saturday anyway. Would expect Shinnie to replace Aremu who has looked well off being ready to start games. Not convinced by Olusanya at all and would rather we started Bilalovic or Milanovic on the right. Devlin looked knackered on Saturday and would like to see Lobban coming in but not sure he is rated by the interim coaching team. As long as work meetings allow should be at this tonight but not looking forward to it.
