  1. In / out - In Pre match - Scotia Match: - The Y Post matcher: Nae sure Prediction - 3-1 Dons (Consi, Shinnie and McLean) Think it will be a very hard game, this lot look very decent going forward, being a goal down means we have to go for it, id be more nervous playing for a draw, although its rather unusual for me to be quite confident going into any game which is worrying in its self
  2. Wasn’t sure of him after the first two games. The fact he commands his area and actually comes off his line for the ball has won me over. No complaints about last night, just two very good goals i thought, they happen. although his "much vaunted" kicking is not really a great deal better than some of his much maligned predecessors
  3. don’t know what to expect from the Joot TBH, in years gone by they’ve had some very decent players, this season coming i don’t think i know any of them, maybe that’s just down to my ignorance of other teams of course last year we ran ourselves into the ground against that Spanish mob a couple of days before, i don’t think we were actually that bad against Utd, just that they scored, we couldn’t and by the end the boys were dead on their feet. IMO the game the other night was a lot slower paced than last year’s equivalent, we should be well ahead in actual match fitness and hopefully the flight hasn’t taken a lot out of them. so with all the information at my disposal I’m going for 1 - 0 the joot but 3 -1 us on Thursday and a next round against a "decimated by injury and suspension" west ham
  4. Being the natural born sceptic that iam, I fully expect this loon to be up and bouncing around like a gazzele on acid by kick off, hopefully nae like
  5. early finish Premier sports has been a bit of a bonus the last two years, long may it continue
  6. I was all for getting rid a few weeks ago, but hes been just the sort of player needed for the euro games imo, still wouldnt mind another goal scorer though, May would be just dandy
  7. sure i was reading something (might have been a mafia novel rather than news though) about the whole area being full of toxic waste, the mafia were making a fortune off disposal contracts, but instead of disposing of it properly, they were just dumping it all over the region
  8. They religious nutters (we'll call them the selic and sevco group for ease of understanding), wont be deterred by anyone having the ability to nuke back, nae doot they would welcome such a retaliation. But we aren't even allowed to use ours unless its been authorised and ordered by thon yank fuckers, for all intents and purposes they have sub let the missiles to our platforms to meet their needs but with us paying for the status, win win for the wanks. I went aboard one of the subs in Gairloch about 10 years back, intresting, but flook that for a game of soldiers/sailors, chugging about the bottom banging into creels and stuff for months on end, also managed to go into a yank missile bunker in germany about 1988, that was pretty surreal. It wont matter if we fire them or not, we'll still be fucked, so get rid of the things, a drain on the economy and pointless

    Films

Aye, its very decent imo, dont know how soon films end up on it, but ive never really been in a rush to see the latest releasess.
  10. Was wondering if Robson might go for the Arbroath job, Sheerin loved it there, would be a good start for him and he could play on for another year or two, only an hour from the hoose as well
  11. Thank floock for that, I was expecting to find out we did actually have two Rooneys, he had three votes (2 and 1)
  12. Either my eyes are really screwed (very possible) or theres two Rooneys

ive only seen the trailer for the film but it looked ok. thought it might have been on movie tube and i was home alone so thought id watch it, i'll find it somewhere free hopefully
  14. Makarska some wee toon on the mainland. just over the water from Brac, ive been to split and brac before with work a good many years ago. are Hvar and Vis worth day trips to? just after sitting in the sun, with red wine and a good scoff

Just watched that on movietube, fast forwarded through heaps of it, thought it was shit, I was searching for kajaki but couldn't find it so watched fury, waste of an hour odd
  16. A week climbing and Hiking near Snowdon next friday, Two weeks walking from Oban to Stoney in May (via Aviemore and Ballater). Then going to Croatia in Sep, went to Dubrovnik last year, this year its some place an hour sooth of Split
  17. I really like Low, but its starting to look ominous on the contract situation, hopefully he gets another year.
  18. Rooney for me (just edged it by being hard as fuck and pouring a bottle of water over his heid in all weathers) followed by Hayes, then Considine, Logan and McGinn = 3rd
  19. defo a Keeper, saying that, maybe Rodgers is already the answer, I dont think ive ever seen him play so cant say yay or nae. Probably a CH too, Russell must be about time up and the boy fae WBA will be away back Wouldn't mind a 10 year younger Barry Robson, Andrew Shinnie was mentioned to me at the Caley game, but last I saw he was back in favour at Birmingham, so no chance of that happening, unless hes pulled the "homesick" card And swap Goodwillie for a striker in a similar mould, but with better shooting/finishing ability than a club footed quine.
  20. said to my mates the other week that we need a barry Robson of 10 years ago in the midfield, noticeable yesterday that there wasnt the huge gaps in midfield that there has been in other recent games, i usually dread him coming on and wasnt overly chuffed to see him start but he was my MOTM.
  21. Enjoyed it tonight, decent game i thought, good to see Robson constantly talking and organising
  22. shit bus driver as well http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1081088/The-keeper-coach-crash-cost-20-000.html sorry for the dailymail link
  23. would be happy with that line up, nae worried (well actually i always am) about fas in goal, they’re baith as capable as each other at pulling off a nightmare moment or three. I’m only 20 mins walk fae pittodrie but really struggling to get up any enthusiasm for tonight, just scunnered after the last two games
  24. Eventually came across this http://www.afc.co.uk...4~152177,00.pdf Nae as steep as I thought/hoped
  25. cheers min Thats dashed unfortunate ive yet to find a sentence that it doesn't fit seamlessly into, Mrs CapRed hates it ana, especially when it slips out at the asda checkouts
