  1. totally agree Whilst I don't believe the "hacker" story, what I find strange is the date quoted that he apparantly made these comments...... 20th December - the day of the Copenhagen game

  3. Well done to Clark today for his tackle on Hutton. Shows he does have balls!
  4. Jambos 0-2 v ICT after 53 mins! Reports of fans arguing and fighting amongst themselves, and chants of "Are you watching Romanov?"
  5. Looking forward to reading Mizer's thoughts on above
  6. We got the last laugh However, credit to MaccGregor, who bet £40 on Copenhagen... 7. Thanks for sharing the above excellent post from the Morton fan GS, it got me all emotional!. (What's the P&B? Googled it but got nowt relevant!)
  8. I was fortunately able to be there, the atmosphere was awesome and I still feel like I am in dreamland too!. I don't think it's totally sunk in yet (and for once I was totally sober!!) Very, very pwoud
  9. Confirm Hopefully get a German team for the money it would generate
  10. Cheers, however ... I just went into off topic section and see there is a topic about this! Oops! Away to read it to see how others got on!. (Thank you mods in advance for adding this to abovementioned topic )
  11. I'm just back from my holidays and spent part of this evening sorting through a huge pile of mail. I'm so glad I was sitting down when I opened my phone bill! After trying continually from 0900 I eventually got through to the AFC ticketline for a Madrid ticket at 1139. Cost for the calls: £53.23 inc VAT To get the total cost from my itemised bill it was easier for me to deduct all my other calls!. The call to process the ticket cost 40p. I will be emailing Aberdeen FC as I think it is a disgrace that fans are being ripped off like this I won't hold my breath for a reply nor even an acknowledgement of my correspondence though.
  12. Zander for me too. Only player who always gives 100%. Yes, he is young but so was Willie Miller when he became Captain
  13. Great 6th Dec is free week as fly to Tenerife at 6am on 7th, get home 18th then up to Pittodrie for 20th (Then back up at weekend for Rangers game!) Now just need to confirm plans for other games before phone boss to grovel for time off!
  14. , may be wrong but think i know who wants to wear sandals!! As some of you know fae elsewhere, despite trying all options to change shift I am working on Saturday Hopefully fate, as last game I missed there we won 2-3 For the guys in Jerry Kerr stand that would incur injuries if they have to sit down .... when asked too, surely you within your rights to refuse on health & safety grounds?
  15. "The Dons have had a summer of discontent to match David Cameron's and have emerged from it not stronger but weaker. Euphoria greeted the final-day victory over Rangers which guaranteed a return to continental action but that has long since dissipated." Scottish journalism, don't you love it?! My euphoria has definitely not dissipated at all, and I'm looking forward to several more euphoric moments this season
  16. Motherwell fan at work announced Calderwood has left and McLeish your new manager as I arrived at work for a backshift a couple of weeks ago. I was , , then he lol and said "Aye on footie manager!!" .... Few days ago... same scene... and this time he announced we had signed Derek Young... I , laughed and replied "Aye on footie manager!". I seriously thought he was trying to extract the urine, sadly not Wages should have been spent on a new goalie
  17. I work shifts, and since Post-Split fixtures were announced I have begged colleagues to swap, sweet talked boss, and before Hibs game I am working 9 shifts in a row to ensure I got to as many split games as possible. Already I am beginning to wonder why I bothered
  18. Still optimistic . I'm with Swaddon on this one. After Saturday's performance and result I think we are going to throw it away.
