  1. Will there be cash turnstiles for this or collection at the ground? In a position where I can now go but not enough time for a ticket to be sent through in the post.

    Hopefully in

Supporters Bus / Train & pub

    Away end

    Celebratory drinks

    2 - 0 McLennan & Stewart

  2. His comments post match yesterday were fucking abysmal.

Alarmingly, what stood out most for me was him saying that he got what he wanted from the players and he was pleased with what they gave him. If that is all he is expecting against them then the sooner WBA punt Pardew and come in with compensation then it has to be thank you and cheerio Derek.

In absolutely no way should the manager accept a showing like that against a beatable Celtic team. He is finally making it clear to everyone he doesn't have a clue against either of the cheeks.

  4. Some Hearts fans are claiming there are rumours Cathro has been sacked. Club denying it though and that nothing will change before the weekend.

The majority now want him gone and Macphee to take charge for the beginning of the season.

Fans have also had tickets for Murrayfield appear in there booking accounts so looks like there shiny new stand isn't going to be delivered on schedule. Budge is too busy dealing with the stand issues to also be recruiting for a new manager which is good news for the other 11 teams!!!

  5. This is getting pretty grim now. The only consolation is that it is all happening at the beginning of the Summer so we have time to recruit and get players to gel with what is left of the squad.

Although if McInnes moves on too that puts us even further backwards.

  6. Has anyone wondered why he's leaving? Is anyone not aware of the fact he'll get more money?

Good luck to him? Get fucked.

Spot on Bobby - fuck him now!!

He grew up a Hun so is one of them and each week is now earning depending what you believe 3 or 5 times more than what he was on with us.

Normally, I understand people saying "oh he just doing what anyone else would do in that situation and is looking after his family, one injury can end his career blah blah blah".

But here it is the way he has treated the Club, McInnes and particularly the fans given he knows the level of ill feeling we have towards them. As has been said before there are things you just don't do in life and what is going to come his way should he play at Pittodrie will be rightly deserved.

The fact we are not bothered about losing his playing ability but more bothered about the way he has gone about things says it all.

For me, it almost feels like if he had the decency upfront to come out and say he was interested in joining them it would have been slightly less irritating. That way Deek could have kept him out for the Cup Final and his pish about being heart-broken at being stripped of the captaincy.

He would have done well to take a leaf out of McGinn & Taylor's book in how they have departed the club.

We move on now but it just feels that this Summer is going to be a huge rebuilding job for us, particularly should McInnes decide to move on too.

  7. I fully expected Shinnie & McLean to be included in this squad.

Only because it means they have 2 weeks less summer break after the final before being back in for pre-season. Would have expected WGS to do anything he can to help the Dhims in preparation for next season given he has overlooked them so many time previously.

Well deserved call up for McLean. Good on Reynolds too even though it is a complete surprise.

  8. Train back to the Capital with lots of Hibs cunts hopefully with them greeting about not winning the cup for another 100 years.

Lets hope this is the case and not them getting excited about doing the double.

    In

Train through and hopefully a few pints somewhere

    North Stand

Train back through (bus if we lose and I can't stand to be around that manky lot celebrating)

1 - 1 AET - Hayes. Dons win on pens and everyone ageing 10 years in the process.

  9. Unfortunately the new rules state you cant send him off if a penalty is awarded. (No Double punishment)

The new rule only applies where the offending player makes a genuine attempt to play the ball. Players will still be sent off for holding, pulling or pushing, not playing the ball or having no possibility to play the ball, serious foul play, violent conduct or deliberate handball.

That must mean in the referees opinion Handanovic made a genuine attempt to win the ball.

It is easy for me to say I don't think he did. However even when the incident happened I don't think there was an attempt to win the ball so when the referee blows the whistle (without allowing play to continue) for the pen he has to send the keeper off. Terrible decision all round!

I agree that Rooney is much better when he picks a corner and puts his foot through it. In his defence I don't think the referees handling of the whole situation helped. There must have been a good minute where Rooney had the ball on the spot while things were being sorted out and must have been thinking about what he was going to do. Again easy for me to say as I have never been in that situation (with that pressure level on me) but I think he should have waited until the referee had sorted things out and then placed the ball on the spot and stuck to what he knows for pens.

  10. What position did O'Connor play on the weekend, it was at the back was it not?

He started at CB with Reynolds with Jack on the right & McKenna on the left IIRC.

I thought he looked strong but his passing across the park when not under any pressure left a lot to be desired. Hard to judge in friendlies though. Although with shouts like "Win a header" coming from your keeper when the opposing keeper has taken a goal kick and then winning said header this lad could do well.

  11. I would like to see us sign Stewart too but unfortunately I don't think he will end up with us.

If he is to leave Dundee then I have heard the Jambos are more likely to get him than us. I was surprised at that as I wouldn't have thought they could afford the sort of transfer fee for which would Dundee would let him go.
