3! Good response to midweek. Wonder if Hartley will get straight back in the side. Dropping Blackman seems to have been the right move, too. Chance to push on and rebuild the goal difference a bit now?
Edit: yas!
Edit: yas again!
I picked this LP up the other day. Quite pleasant, albeit a bit tamer than my usual listening. Can hear bits of Camera Obscura, Katie the Pest and Sourpatch.
Stuff I've got through recently includes Jonathan Wilson (Guardian)'s book on the history of tactics, Inverting the Pyramid. Easily my favourite writer when it comes to that aspect of the game. David Conn's The Beautiful Game? was also an interesting read but it's a few years out of date now. Currently hitting Stewart Lee's effort from last year.
Do we know when Smith's contract at Norwich expires? He's got huge potential and I'm sure he'll do a good job for us but it's hard to get too excited if we know it's a relationship with no future.
That's odd, BBC said transfer window closes at midnight in Scotland but in that article RedWeb says 11pm.
Unless that's a hint that the 'new face' is from England, where the window does indeed shut an hour earlier?
The BBC piece on this says Steve Kean said he marked Lampard out of the game when they played Chelsea, so I guess he's a Folly replacement until he gets fit.
