  1. All well and good but that's not what im getting at. It will not hold the same value as the pound sterling and cost the economy a fortune. Hopefully, as jager says this would be offset by a trade off. Just raising a concern.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16463542.stm From what I heard it wasn't just one fan but a large proportion of the kop booing adayemi at the end. Still, im glad Liverpool have handled this better than the previous embarrassments.
  3. The currency issue is what would get me. The Scottish pound is already worth less abroad (anyone tried exchanging it?). Im not convinced salmond is the right guy for this, and judging by the polls, neither do most Scots, but will certainly be interesting to see how this pans out the next few years.
  4. Surely you're just shit faced !
  5. That being the key word. Quite embarrassing that he's made it into the top 12 all time appearances for the Dons tbh...
  6. Thats always been the case. Hopefully with Chalali starting show signs of promise and bagging a couple of goals, we won't have to worry too much though :fingerscrossedsmilie:
  7. I know nothing/very little about this guy, but would prefer not to lose him if he's got potential.
  8. Could be a move that makes or breaks their season imo. Bad person to have at a club but terrific footballer if he's in the mood.
  9. You couldn't have scripted it better, Henry scores the winner on his "debut".
  10. As long as he turns the spl down that's all I care! Do not want to see him at one of the cunts.
  11. Is it on iPlayer? And re Josh, I echo your sentiments.
  12. Don't say things like that.
  13. Not a bad draw at all really, time to get our own back! Suppose ours and Motherwells games would be the pick of the draw
  14. I've seen worse tackles, but it was two footed with the studs showing. I still maintain if that had been against one of our own, i'd be livid and screaming blue murder! Granted, it wasn't far off the ground but it's a daft tackle to make given the playing conditions.

TRANSFER NEWS :- Liverpool fc are strongly linked with a right winger, reports suggest Nick Griffin is on his way to Anfield for a medical.
  16. Sherlock, absolutely brilliant tv!
  17. Looks like you could be right! Though I disagree, I thought it was a red card myself. If that had been a tackle against an Aberdeen player, I'd be raging.
  18. I was referring more to the yokel fans! Killie, I can sort of understand and their support is generally pish anyway.
  19. It looked like there were works / sections of the ground closed yesterday at the HIVs game, but couldn't really tell. Still, pretty depressing reading! The crowd at Dens was pathetic, even if it was on TV.
  20. Would have thought so Al, it wasn't like he was even subtle about it! Highlights: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xnitgv_www-1goals-com-forfar-athletic-0-2-aberdeen_sport#from=embed
  21. Ooft, Paul Scholes on the bench for Man United today! Some injury crisis they've got at Old Trafford this season. Can't say I can see them beating City today, especially given their squad depth.
  22. To be expected I guess given the conditions and opposition. I've also read elsewhere McCardle played well? He's always looked better at CB than RB imo.
