  1. make do? Its an AFC station, no-one should need to listen anything else !

Surprised about the BBC chat, but I stopped listening last season because they did my head in.

I tend to find they are even more biased than I am, which is saying something. I think there are averagely four incidents per match which should be an Aberdeen penalty according to Northsound!

  2. Northsound 2.

having magennis at right back is a nightmare. Hopefully jack has a quick recovery!

    COYR!

Thanks, guess I'll just have to make do with that. Someone on twitter said the BBC can't afford to cover all the SPL matches any more, is that true? Surely it can't cost that much?

  3. I didn't think the performance was that bad really. Compared with the performance on Saturday it didn't look great but I thought Aberdeen looked the better side for most of the match and the win was deserved.

How did folk get to the terraced part? I went over at half time (along with probably half the stand) to try to get there but they refused to let us in unless we had some form of ticket.

  4. I hope too!

Question for anyone who has read official rules, .. are you allowed to get on a train before 9pm (with destination after 9pm) carrying alcohol (but not drinking any of it after 9pm?)

I think you can, you can have alcohol in your bag so long as you don't drink it or have it visibly showing after 9pm or before 10am.

Scotrail tweeted me last week saying that trains before football games will have alcohol bans more often now. I wondered if that is just between cities that the playing clubs are from or any train going to any city with a game on which arrives at the time that football fans are likely to arrive.

  5. Are there not still tickets available?

Anyway if you're looking for a pub you'll be wanting to check out the Rock

    See this thread: http://www.donstalk.co.uk/messageboard/index.php?topic=15541.0

Ah might head there. Considered trying to get a ticket but don't really fancy paying the best part of £30 for it really, particularly as I'm used to paying cheap student rates which are about half that and the last time I was at Celtic Park I felt like I couldn't see the game properly and that wasn't even in the 'restricted view' section. Found it an atrocious place to watch a football game.
