  1. It wasn't even that he seemed too biased, but there were a couple of times there was a challange and I couldn't believe it wasn't a free kick, then there would be a completely fine tackle right afterwards, and it would be a free kick.
  2. Anyone know who the ref was? I'm normally not one to complain about the quality of the refs, but I don't think I've ever seen so many odd decisions (for both sides) as I did yesterday.
  3. I don't care whether or not Rangers win the league, infact I think it would be better if they'd already won it by the time they play Aberdeen, means it will be a nothing game for them, and potentially the game to get Aberdeen back into Europe for us.
  4. I thought Touzani played well, but had a great chance that he completely fucked, got the ball in the box, all he had to do was turn and shoot, but instead he bizzarely tries an overhead kick. Anyway, a good performance, which is always nice to say, and I didn't think the end was nervy at all, last ten minutes it was alot more Aberdeen than Utd.
  5. Hmm, it doesn't really make a difference to me, infact it's actualy going to make things slightly easier, though if it was any other team in the league other than themselves or Celtic then there wouldn't be the slightest chance of anything changing.
  6. I've got a fancy dress party on Stirling tomorow night, don't have enough time to pop back to my flat after getting back from the game, so I think i'm going to be forced to go to the game dressed as an Itallian Gangster.
  7. From what I've heard he's actualy a decent player. Thats one more decent player signed than I thought there would be.
  8. Apparently Duff was good off the ball, moving around, making space, running alot etc, but when he had the ball he didn't perform too well.
  9. Heh, and the one we lost should have been a draw! Come on Aberdeen, whilst it's still possible it's worth hoping for!
  10. Fuck it, I'm going up to Pittodrie for the united game. Knowing my luck it'l be a dismall 1-0 defeat, but i'll be there anyway, supporting my team like I should have been yesterday.
  11. Yeah, might as well be optimistic whilst there is still a chance.
  12. Hmm, would have liked to have seen Aberdeen trying to exploit the nine man hibs a bit more, but a win is a win!
  13. Down to 9 men, they almost scored an own goal. Really wish I was there now!
  14. YES! 2-1! C'mon Aberdeen, hope they don't sit back.
  15. YES! Haha, what good timing for a sub!
  16. For fucks sake. Sounds like it's all Aberdeen, can't fucking take their chances, then they go and give away a goal. AND I could hear a really loud cheer, sounds like theres more Hibs fans than Aberdeen fans. Why can noone on the team score a fucking goal?
  17. Hmm, noone I know has gone. Not even my dad who hasn't missed a home game all season.
  18. Whenever I decide that I can't afford to go up to see a game, I regret it once it begins.
  19. Beating FC Copenhagen 4-0, drawing against Dnipro twice, Drawing against Bayern Munich where Aberdeen were ahead twice, and only drew due to a Penalty. I'm 18 years old, thats the most exciting set of results I've ever seen as an Aberdeen fan since before I can remember.
  20. Something I noticed last season was that Aberdeen had a lull in play and results for about a month or so in early winter. It happened to coincide with when Anderson was feeling ill and not playing to his usual standard. This season without him the defence has got alot worse. Don't get me wrong, Diamond has been playing well, however looking at the likes of the semi against QoS, it was clear that the defence was the biggest weakness, if Anderson had been playing i'm sure the result would have been different. Would love to see him back up here, but I doubt it'l be anytime soon.
  21. 2-2 Full time. Still possible.
  22. Say what you like. Seeing Aberdeen play that many games in Europe this season was great for a young lad like myself. I'm too young to remember when Aberdeen were ever pushing to win the league or go anywhere productive in Europe, so to me this season has been great. I don't like the manager, and I don't think alot of the players are as good as the Euro results would imply, however it's truelly been a great season and time to be an Aberdeen fan (well, untill someone mentions Queen of the South that is).
