Lorry tipped its load in Mastrick and parked up in car park where rent Office is now. It was like a non alcoholic version of whisky galore as bottles disppeared . Pineapple ,strawberry ,american ice cream soda etc. Actually sickened ourselves of it and ended up putting hole in caps , shaking it and spraying each other like we had won the grand prix. My favourite drink though was actually scotch cola ( which I think might have been hays ) Hays lemonade and advocaat & scotchmac & sweetheart stout were actually acceptable drinks at new year parties for under 12s back in the day plus the scoofs from cans of mcewans export when pouring them into those dimpled beer mugs with handles ( krugs?) for your uncles. Hardly drink alcohol now and "ale" of choice currently is pepsi max..would love to try scotch cola again

We have had a couple of decent breaks and could be going in with a much more positive scoreline ....but Just keep it respectable boys and have a real go at them on Sunday

Turned out to be same old story once again. Losing goals right at the end . Countless times that other teams have ended a period of atrocious results when facing us
