What players do we think AFC will sign? We've heard almost no talk of what's available in the pot for McGhee to spend. Personally, even though the transfer window is open I'm dubious of what players (well caliber of players) we can afford to get. Moutinho or Benji going away on free transfers, and no spark of interest from up here, worries me. If this carries on and we're relying on kids ( i.e. Grimmer and Fyvie) too much, that haven't had that much SPL experience could be too much for them. I know they have been trained well but they shouldn't be relied on and should have experienced midfielders to help them attain their goal. I'll happily say as a person who hasn't been able to get to a game in 6 months that this is a bloody hellish state of affairs..

I agree with McMaster, Miller is getting wage and doing not much but on the same token Miller isn't the only on that is doing that in the team.

Yup same ginge that I ever was I'd be really surprised if they did give McGhee the job but as they say stranger things have happened.

I would have thought that if it was just a statement or interviewing players then they would have said "more to follow" as "much more to follow" means, well at least to me, that something big to follow. "More to follow" sound more standard press release than that.

I may not be JC's biggest fan but I do think that he has done a good job. I would like to see Eric Black but I'm sure that he said something a couple of years back that he was looking to have considerable experience before thinking of coming to Aberdeen. What considerable means I've no idea.

Yeah there are quiet a few of us here but I'm no sure if they are all based in Linlithgow. We usually take the car to games but it depends if we can get there wi Mr TA's shifts.

Fairly unfit fairly un most things to be honest. Jury still out, maybe having a bad but it just didn't seem that he was all out to try and get a place in the team. Reminded Mr TA of Steve Lovell without the pace. If we got him we'd be getting his "potential" rather than what he has at the moment.

Saw him the day and we weren't to impressed wi him but we'll see what happens.
