Why dont AFC bypass RFC & deal direct with the rangers supporters clubs? Stipulate that they are responsible for the actions of their members who they allocate tickets to. AFC would know which supporters club had which tickets. This would encourage each RSC to ensure better behaviour in order to not lose allocation, or get bigger future allocation.
