  1. Rangers ----------------------- Celtic Aberdeen United Motherwell Hearts ----------------------- Hibs Hamilton Falkirk Caley Kilmarnock ------------------ St Mirren Based on absolutely nothing really
  2. Ok then? But you may have noticed, they've not finished it yet. They've moved the ticket office, all the shops, the left luggage bit, the taxi rank, and they're building a new massive shopping centre & cinema next door & a new bus station?
  3. Train's are more fun, just think of the train to the grounds in Athens/Berlin/Munich/Madrid, or even Ibrox. It'd only take 5 mins at the most to reach Cove on the train, a non-stop line of busses would take forever. We're getting as whole new train station built right now, why not have useful links from it? Another one to the Airport perhaps, but the chances of any of this happening are slim. It wouldn't take much effort to have a short line going from the main line south to get to a new stadium anyway.
  4. Why not? It's due to be upgraded to an electric line somwtime in the next 3-400 years?

  6. I can't agree with you on that. I think it's the perfect location for it. If they build it beside (or move) the railway line so that they're beside eachother, it'll be an amazing new stadium. On the other hand, I wouldn't mind it staying down by the beach.
  7. Where is everybody staying in Holland? We were planning on staying in Amsterdam from 28th-31st, then Eindhoven until the 3rd. Although, i'd rather be staying where everybody else is staying, wherever that may be...
  8. Boredom and the internet, never a good mix, however I came across why flights to Holland are so damn cheap! http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/news.php?yr=08&month=jun&story=gen-en-120608 Also, I was talking to a Huntly player in the pub on Sunday and he told me we're playing them in our last pre-season friendly before the season starts. It's the day the highland league kicks off, they've got a free saturday so are playing us.
  9. I also booked up for a short trip to belfast, return flights were £6! (Including the £1 fee as I paid by card!)
  10. I just booked-up for this! Flights were £25 return I <3 Ryanair!
  11. Me too. Rather dissapointed, but not overly surprised.
  12. Brilliant! Looks like the tent's coming out for another european adventure! Vitesse Arnhem on a Saturday afternoon should be espically good.
  13. Isn't the term "Hun" taken from a newpaper headline in the daily ranger that talked of "marauding huns"?
  14. By "All Weather Pitch" outside the Main Stand, do they mean Car Park?
  15. Fingers crossed!! wish i'd put money on them being banned for next season, seemed such a safe bet aswell
  16. It's been a great season, my best ever as a Dandy. I just wish those few lows wern't so low. Luckily i've missed an embarrassingly large number of league games this season, which means i've mised loads of guff and seen all the great stuff (except Aluko's goal against Munich, still can't believe I missed it)
  17. Just listened to Stevie Frail's post-match interview where he reminds us that Hearts are Scotland's 3rd biggest team No mention about winning the champions league mind.
  18. It was for an Aberdeen director (or former director) who died last week. I can't however remember his name.
  19. I was under the impression that the bonus for finishing higher in the league was just split between the players and didn't effect the transfer budget of the club as a whole? I could however be as wrong as ever.
  20. Ace! Love it. Dundee away was the sole reason I wanted them, not Hamilton in the SPL
  21. I sat in the RDU Upper for a few years, was pretty good, but when I went to renew one year, it had been decided that we'd move to the South. I was sceptical, but i'm glad of it, better atmosphere, better view, better banter with the away fans. Although this season and last, my ST's been in the Main stand, where the view is by far the best in the whole stadium, but the lack of atmosphere does my nut in. There is however never a queue at the pie stand.
  22. Agreed, it's always nice when 20,000 folk turn up againt St. Johnstone.
  23. For what? A last day of the season game against Rangers?? I seem to believe it sold out last time, and if we can qualify for europe still then, it might be a bumped crowd regardless of the price
  24. Awesome! Can I interest anyone in a drink at the Jack Daniels bar?
