Don't get me wrong I wanted McInnes gone as much as most as he had become stale and jaded especially after he had took his personal time to consider his future. However, if Cormack had invested the amount of money he has wasted since into our team at that point and given Derek free reign a la Milne then I do believe we would not be in this state now. As much as I don't want his head on a spike after yesterdays humiliating performance I still think Leven needs to go sooner rather than later just to change the mindset of the players and get them doing something a bit different (giving a fuck). Leven has obviously lost the dressing room as they are not performing for him and let's be honest as a coach he isn't up to much. The players can't pass, can't defend, can't score a goal, can't cross a ball and the list goes on. Surely a coach would be working on these issues. We are in real danger of dropping down to the play off place unless something changes. I would much rather it was a new manager coming in but we have royally fucked that one up. Just give Dave a shot he might be able to bribe some of the players into actually trying with hefty win bonus's. At this stage I don't care how we get safe as long as we do.

I am not fussed where the new manager comes from but we need someone now not once we are relegated. Why are we so inclined to wait and procrastinate when our fortunes are plummetting? Reading Leven's interview and he is throwing the players under the bus and admitting that we are in a relegation battle. There is not really any other option other than for him to go. The players are not responding to him at best and we need a different approach quickly to avoid any further relegation concerns. I doubt that is TD but other than the tea-lady who could improve us?
