Any of the Hungarian teams who qualify will have enough points to be in the top half of the draw. In Montenegro 2nd & 3rd qualify. The teams sitting there currently would be in the bottom half but 2nd is 1 point behind 1st & 3rd 1 point ahead of 4th.
