Games played 2nd or 3rd March. All 4 ties will be on tv.

Had a quick peek on Sevco Meedja to see their reaction. Cunts are expecting a 4000 ticket allocation. They're gonna be sadly disappointed. All are discounting the possibility that Killie could still pap them out in the replay. Arrogant Neanderthals every one of them

EDIT......one roaster has convinced them that they're going to get a full end  :rofl2:

Only end they're gonna get is the end of their cup run

Under cup rules they are entitled to 20% of the tickets at Pittodrie which is 4,177 tickets. No chance they will get that as Police Scotland will only allow it to be an end that can be segregated.

I forgot about that rule. Have we ever used that to our advantage? I'm thinking Hearts probably in recent years. Have we played anyone else pre-Hampden/semi stage that we could have utilised 20% of the tickets (where they wouldn't have sold them otherwise)? I can't think of an occasion where I've thought that we're getting a big allocation where we wouldn't normally.

Arabs away vaguely rings a bell for some reason but cannot think of any others. 1/4 replay against Celtic when Mackie scored we could have asked for it but as mid week the usual away allocation at the time was more than enough.

To be honest, I can't see Killie taking more than a single section in the South stand as normal anyway.

According to the BBC gossip page (linking the Sun, so probably not reliable) Killie will find out today if Power will face a ban over his kick to Jack's coupon.

He was booked though, wasn't he? In other words, the ref dealt with it. I thought that you couldn't face a ban if the ref has seen the incident and awarded a booking based on his interpretation? Admittedly, that's a stupid rule, but I thought that it was a rule? Or has that changed this season? Or maybe I imagined it altogether.

OK the opposite way, but didn't the huns challenge the rule in order to try to get Morelos off for one of his yellows against us? And failed.

Then again hibs fans on twitter over the weekend suggesting one of theirs was cited for incident in the tim match for which he'd already been carded.

Happened to McKenna already this season so suspect it was something that changed in the summer but cannot see anything official on it. Definitely last season if you had been booked an incident could not be referred.

Not entitled to get....they are are entitled to request that amount but will be subject to the geography of the ground ( segregation capability) and to police agreement. They will get the usual away section therefore not a hope in hell of them getting anywhere near 20%....

Was brought up radio Clyde phone in. There's an exceptional circumstances get out clause in the rules where if TV evidence ( eg shows a different angle from the view the ref had where if the ref had that view, the seriousness of the offence would have led to him issuing a red rather than yellow).

That’s why I said no chance they well get it as Pokice Scotland will not allow it.

Do you mean McKenna's against the Tim? The ref never gave the free-kick, so it was deemed not seen (even though it clearly was seen but the ref didn't think that it was a foul - because it wasn't).

To be honest Power's one is a yellow card all day long. It's clumsy and dangerous, but never deliberate. He's clearly looking at the ball. If one of our players had been hoofed in the face like that, I'd agree with the ref. It's a contact sport and sometimes you take a bad one even though there isn't intent. It happens all the time. The problem with these incidents is that you always get the impression they're determined to even things up for an easier life. If there is an "exceptional circumstances" get out clause then it defintely shouldn't be used in this instance (the Cammy Smith one v St Mirren was far more ridiculous from the weekend for example). The problem is that this type of incident is stoked up to be more controversial than it actually is. Pundits are paid to do that, but we shouldn't be taking the weight of their opinions without extracting a little of the hysteria. The incident shouldn't even be cited.
