Is Jimmy's training methods akin to that of using a torture chamber??

Read on the pre match hype article  on AFC Site that Duff has picked up an injury in training.  YET ANOTHER PLAYER injured at training. We have too many players injured during competitive GAMES ever mind training. Is this a problem of

a) Overworked players? ::)

b)Poor training methods (al la management team)

c)Poor training facilities

d)Other reasons.

Surely summink aint right when we have so many player injured during training?

As I'm pretty sure Anderson did.

But that's my point, they all went to new clubs and those clubs stuck them into recovery whereas we were happy to burn them out.

That's just the kind of lad he is though...  ;)

Yeah, totally agree with you. Smacks of desperation on our part.

Had another thought about this late last night...

We sold Anderson who was very rarely injured and he's hardly kicked a ball for Sunderland.  Hart and Clark were next to be sold and both of them have started their new careers on the treatment table dispite only very rarely being out injured.

Again that could all be shit luck but to me that says we're playing injured players or just not picking up on the fact that they're fucked.

Very poor in my opinion.

Clark was indeed rarely injured but the same cannot be said for Anderson and Hart.

Hart went through spells but I can only remember Anderson missing about one game in about 18 months.

Go back a bit further.

But yes, in the last 18 months to 2 years he maybe missed about half a dozen games at the very outside.

For a guy with a dodgy knee he did well over the last 2 years but your right, go beyond that and he had horrendous injury problems.

Well he did well for the past 2 years, goes elsewhere and he's hardly kicked a ball.

I'm beginning to wonder if this is our physio bench looks like this:

So under previous management teams he didn't play as much?

Sounds like further confirmation of the original thoery to an extent, though obviously may just be coincidence

In Anderson's case maybe, just maybe, coincidental though he came back and got fucked again too . . . .

Abderson broke a bone, so nothing to with stains or niggles.

What bone was that?

Ankle. It was in his ankle.

I know that's what he did at Sunderland. We were discussing his AFC career.
