Just getting the black screen and looking like buffering for ages. Tried switching off the anti-virus and the help desk has been not much help. Anyone else had this problem in the past two weeks?

Last week Red tv stopped working for me on chrome (android tablet), as did bbc, bbc works using their app and I use dolphin to open Redtv, bit of a pain.

 

Dont know if there is a red tv app?

I did look a couple of weeks ago but didn't find one. Works for me on iPhone Safari though. Maybe try native Android browser?

 

 

Bloody Android shite min. Use a real operating system that's designed for its hardware.
