JASON Brown today revealed he is willing to sign a new deal with Aberdeen FC now – as he wants to help split the Old Firm.

The keeper has been so impressed by Craig Brown’s squad rebuilding he wants to commit to Aberdeen FC – 18 months before his current deal runs out.

The Welsh international warned that the team aim to ‘put a few noses out of joint’ next season and shake up the SPL by splitting the Old Firm.

Aye he was at fault for the goal. However, he did well for the penalty and saved well from Clancy in the final minute. Good to see at full time, Brown apologising to Considine. Commanded his box superbly well and breeded confidence across his back line. I don't think it is a coincedence that the defence has become far tighter and meaner since he has gotten a run of games. Can't have any complaints about him and happy to see him between the sticks.

I'm starting to become a big fan of his.

I'd give him another year (at least)

...to a disabled fan. Good guy

SCOTTISH Cup penalty hero Jason Brown today revealed he is at Aberdeen FC for the long haul – and could even see out his career at the club.

The 29-year-old is convinced Aberdeen FC boss Craig Brown is building a team that can challenge for honours.

Welsh international Brown is contracted until summer 2013 and has already indicated he would be willing to pen a new deal.

Don't see why not, he's proved capable of being an SPL no. 1. Why start the search again next summer?

If it means not having to put up with Clangers, I'm happy. ABC. Anyone but.

Agreed.

I'm not ok with any keeper that's "used to" losing 4-1, 4-0, 9-0.  :hammer:
