Now that we have nothing to play for

What's the chances of Calderwood fielding a weakened team next weekend?

With the possibility still there of finishing 4th, and £100,000 per league placing at stake, I wouldn't say that that is nothing to play for.  With JC continuously bleating about having little money to bring in new players, surely even he can realise that the potential of an extra £200k could be massive for the club.

I was under the impression that the bonus for finishing higher in the league was just split between the players and didn't effect the transfer budget of the club as a whole?

I could however be as wrong as ever.

It looked like we had nothing to play for on Saturday the way the team played

I agree, we bottled it big style.  The really annoying thing was that Motherwell were there for the taking, I wasn't impressed with them at all.

Nothing to play for? We have everything to play for. Our ground is going to be smashed up whatever happens so we might as well have it desroyed by rioting huns who have lost the league.

Those scum bags did seem to do a decent ob of Manchester according to the news!!
