This meant that there was then insufficient land available to deliver the stadium there. Erm yes. Pittodrie's location is inhibiting, hemmed in by side roads and on one side the sea. Very few will make the opposite travel (as only a tiny fraction stay in the Linksfield area), and for those that do they'll find access and egress much easier on a dual carrraigeway x-roads, (as will everyone else) and of course they won't have 12,000+ others trying to get out of or back to Linksfield area pre/post match. location is only a small part of why I don't have a season ticket, main one being overlap with golf season.

No. Every imaginable strategy needs to be explored to increase our support and enhance the supporter experience. An easily accessible and modern stadium will tick both boxes.

Really? mine were the guy whose view from the golf course would be spoiled, and his house price ruined, or the woman whose parents in Kingswells would have to install floodlights and security cameras to stop drunk hooligans pishing against their back fence, or the woman who wouldn't be able to get to the cinema if she fancied going as the A944 would be closed on match days, or similarly the person who wondered how ambulances or fire engines would get through that same 'closed' road. There's plenty more, but you've read them all so you know what a pile of steaming pish so many of them were.

Westhill & NKS are absolutely not interchangeable, so I don't agree. As usual '100%' is making out local opposition is far more than it actually is just because the NKS group are shouting loudest.
