  1. I'm sure if someone suggested Kyle before his spell at Killie they'd have been shot down, no? Hence why Killie took him on and not a better team.

To be fair, he's probably stopped them from being relegated though.

  2. Disappointing to hear this but can't make too much of a judgement without the facts.

But the 'culture' is clearly not unique to our club - this season alone I can think of Morais, Quinn (? at Motherwell?), Calum Elliot and the Hibs boy all getting into bother while out.

The players have every Wednesday off from training.

  3. Seve got MOTM from Sportsound and BBC Alba (our game is on tomorrow night).

It sounded like we battled away and just didn't get the breaks. As disappointing as a draw is at least we've not blown 4th completely yet...

Feel sorry for Smith, sounds like he has some serious problems going on. Would've been a nice way to end his Aberdeen career by scoring tonight too if he hadn't hit the post.

  4. Fans pay money for the priviledge of watching the team play - that allows us to be able to give up

Players get paid to pay for the team - I would pretty much say that rules them out

They know they'll get paid regardless.

    I'm not saying it's right...

  5. If you're going to be 'realistic' then you know we're never going to win the league which is the ultimate desire of every team, but we still go to back the team along the way. If the fans are giving up at this stage of the season then you can hardly blame the players if they do too.

  6. I know the feeling.  These last four games are going to be torturous, the only slim hope that we have is getting 3 points at tannadump.  Cant see it

We still have two home games left and I'd like to think we could beat Hibs at home.

  7. Scott Severin, what a waste of space. Clearly uninterested, shite play, almost cocked up with a backpass that we were lucky not to concede from, and didn't celebrate with the rest of the team when we scored. Every player bar Langfield was over celebrating with Maguire but our "captain".

The sponsors clearly had too much to drink today as well, picking Aluko as man of the match. He wasn't far off useless today, and I thought he should've been subbed.

MOTM could have been any of Maguire, Kerr or Langfield. Langfield had some terrific saves despite the scoreline, and certainly in the first half Maguire played very well. I think we did miss Miller and Diamond today, although other than those already mentioned I don't think we played all that badly.
