I was surprised at how often Hibs lost the ball tbh, in the sense that there was an awful lot of really simply passes that they managed to screw up. Hopefully this'll give us a boost to go on a wee run.

Great performance today, I thought we were immense. Setanta said we had 26 shots to Hibs 6, pretty impressive although disappointing we didn't score more when we had complete control of the game. Some great performances by everyone, despite their crazy attempts of goal Miller and Maguire played well, Nicholson played well, Touzani, Clark, Hart, Foster, Young. Delighted Seve was on the bench as we showed that he is not the be all and end all of our team, although when he came on you could see he was desperate to score. Good result to get our confidence back up anyway, hope to see more of the same next week. Who got MOM btw?

Haha, very good! I'd be in no hurry to go back to Spain for a football match after seeing the policing, is that so unfair? Nice to meet you Al, I was really surprised when you came and spoke to me - thought you were someone from Hat wanting to fight me.

Personally know 2 people who got stuffed nicked, but heard of so many. A bit like Kowalski, I had a good time but do feel a bit let down. As much as I love Aberdeen if I'm to go abroad again I'd be a bit more careful about where we were going, or at least try and stay away from potential trouble like that. I know 6000 tourists was just a great attraction for your dodgy Spaniards but really really shit as now I have a very poor opinion of the Spanish, and Madrid. (My flights were fine btw. )

There was a few casuals outside our pub on Wednesday night down near Santa Ana who were just out to cause trouble and were throwing bottles at locals. Idiots, fucking hate people ruining it for everyone else.

SEVE - PISH AND I HOPE HE IS DROPPED ON SATURDAY. Everyone else who started probably got pass marks, Smith was making some good runs and crosses before he got injured, and McNamara was playing on of his better 20 minutes for the club. De Visscher didn't deliver tonight, Clark fairly anonymous. Byrne had a good game, as did Miller and Zander. The sooner Seve is no longer captain the better IMO.

Well I thought the obvious/easiest way would be either for them to be delivered to my hotel, or for me to pick them up from the team hotel (or something ) but that's what they offered me. I do have JM's phone number though so could always contact him and see if it would suit him to do it on Wednesday. I mean otherwise he's going to be waiting outside the ground for me an hour and a half before the game, does he not have better things to do? I was actually told on Friday they were in the post and would come Saturday morning (as they'd forgotten the Celtic tickets too) and I stayed in Glasgow especially on Friday night so I'd get them but they never came. Thankfully I got our Celtic tics put on the bus.

On another note, GUASC's Madrid tickets haven't arrived. I phoned up AFC who said they were still sitting in the office and would be posted today, until I pointed out I was flying out tomorrow morning. Fucking useless! To say I'm unimpressed is an understatement. I've to meet John Morgan to get the tickets at the ground before the game now unfortunately curtailing my enjoyment of pre-match bozzing.
