  1. On Sunday 18th December 2011, a group of Aberdeen supporters targetted various parts of the city, associated to the history of Aberdeen, to highlight their disgust at the way in which the club has been run by chairman Stewart Milne. Stand Free
  2. Think they lost 4-2 to a Pars team a few weeks ago I read.
  3. Totally disagree on this one, think 9 times out of 10 the kids would choose one of the other teams. The one out of 10 would be Aberdeen fans who go to the club shop anyway!
  4. Esson? What next, bring back Darren Young?
  5. Be interesting to see where this leaves us midfield wise, Fyvie has already been touted by Brown as having a massive future at the club so him and Milsom would presumably be first choice, where would that leave Folly and Hartley though?
  6. Will be Saturday 16th July at Pittodrie, English opposition to be announced.
  7. Yeah but how is selling AFC strips in sports shops going to turn around people's viewpoints on that one?
  8. Do they? Where do they get the money? Parents? If you were a parent would you buy your son a rangers top at a sports shop instead of walking down to bridge street and getting an afc top?
  9. Think 0-0 all over it on Weds then Barca will win 2-0 at home.
  10. Lambert said when he came on loan that Norwich wouldn't be difficult to deal with.
  11. Its when Brown says he wants to give us a team worth watching next season, a top 6 team........zzz. The old firm aren't worth watching and they are top 2. It would be nice to create a good football team that could aspire for success.
  12. Why are we not entitled to cash for Diamond?
  13. Problem AFC have is that we are not considered first choice options therefore its more likely to be a busy August.
  14. Brown like all those before him are fucked whilst Milne remains. The guy is a jinx of epic proportions when it comes to AFC, everything he touches goes fucking wrong.
  15. Yeah, think we'd need it to be a warm day and you'd be talking crazy reductions to get people through the gates, quid for all type talk before folk would even consider it. That would therefore ailenate the season ticket holders still further so club's in non win position.
  16. And we probably have Foster back...so that's like 3 new signings to the board and there's bound to be 3 youngsters ready for promotion so we'll spend the rest of the budget on the new jackie mcnamara.
  17. Time isn't really a factor, he's got the whole summer and rest of this season to find targets. Its as you say, money, he needs lots of it.
  18. Aye, I said the same in the rest of the post you didn't quote. What I was saying though is if the situation was reversed it wouldn't have ruined the game as a contest, celtic going down to 10 men.
  19. I hear you, my wife doesn't understand why I have to have a drink when I go but in truth it wasn't for the social aspect I wouldn't be going at all.
  20. A yellow card was the right decision, if it was even a penalty, which I doubt. Isn't the real issue that we're shit with 11 therefore have no chance with 10? If it was at the other end and celtic were reduced to 10 it wouldn't have ruined the game as a contest because they are much superior to us. The truth is we're fucking crap and we can't expect FIFA to bail us out of this one.
  21. Gutted. Trying to hold on to the belief that Considine's red card ws wrong, not sure why as they had carved us open twice in the first few minutes so we were in for a total pumping regardless. I am glad that the season is almost over now. Been attending since Brechin/Dunfermline pre season, still remember the hope after pumping Alloa in the League Cup whilst top of the league. This has long since evaporated and bar perhaps Hibs away, for me the season is over. Don't know if I can stomach another season of this 4 semi final hammerings in 3 years, conceding 16 fkn goals
  22. St Johnstone V Motherwell should have been played at Easter Road/Tynecastle IMO. I reckon its different for our game as you'd imagine the overall crowd will be above 25,000.
