I'm hardly interested in St. Johnston v Aberdeen and I support Aberdeen. I can hardly imagine other Scots being interested in this game let alone foreigners! Maybe the SPL is fucking amazing to them because their ain league is so pish? Fuck knows.

Folk can spend their money on fitever they like I suppose. It's a shame that they're not as mad about AFC football club. I admit I do go to EPL games but I've always been an Aberdeen season ticket holder and I've not missed a home game to do so. Aberdeen are always number 1 despite the club having a history of not thinking fans are very important.

I did venture on the other week when extreme boredom got the better of me but I much prefer this site. Aye it could use more posters but only if they're as good as the ones we currently have and we do have a lot of good posters. I'll disagree with a lot of you and you'll diagree with me but I thoroughly enjoy reading this forum and posting here. And that's what it's all about. I'm not a fan of iron fist rule so the fact that on this forum you have to go a long way to get yourself banned is good.

You're absolutely right. There shouldn't be an apostrophe there. Back on topic I don't think anyone could argue that Sir Alex isn't the greatest manager of all time. He's earned the respect of everyone everywhere and whilst he may not be unanimously liked he is unanimously respected and rightly so. Can't see there ever being anyone as great as Fergie. Whilst Aberdeen went down the shitter when he left he did such a lot for our club and gave us priceless memories DVDs and a history to be proud of (and to cling on to). Truly a great man. I'm honoured to have shaken his hand that day years ago he was at the Beach Ball Room receiving a Freedom of Aberdeen award.

Again, I'm aware that there's not £140m (or £90m) sitting in a safe at Marischal College and again this is exactly why we shouldn't spend it. The fact is this £90m will have to come from somehwere and it's going to come at the expense of other more worthwhile (IMO opinion) causes. Unless someone magics the cash out their arse. Just as Tom says if the generous Ian Wood is putting £50m into the project than that should be the maximum budget. Can we not do something nice with the gardens for £50m?
