  1. I can't wait for the excitement and drama of a penalty shoot out. £15 is a bargain.
  2. I was going to say I could give your wife my phone number so she can let me know when if you're hit by the proverbial bus but having thought about it for a few seconds longer I don't think I want your wife to have my phone number.
  3. FFS sake, Reekie! There needs to be two players closer to the goal line than the attacker, nae 1!
  4. No. As I made clear in the other thread I'm thoroughly delighted that I left early. I'm only going to this game so I can look down my nose at those who didn't go as a real fan.
  5. Where did you hear this, Mav?
  6. That's the advice that I'll be following as soon as I'm old enough to quality for a mid-life crisis. What's the qualification age btw the way?
  7. It's cooled doon a bit then. We were in the 30s from early in the morning. But do yersel a favour and GTF fuck off Donstalk on yer holiday, eh?
  8. Fuck sake. I'm going to the game
  9. I'm not going to lie. I'm thinking about going.
  10. I'm going for penalties. Which for AFC obviously means defeat.
  11. The traffic was non existent and I didn't have to wait to get out of the car park. Plus I heard it all unfold on the radio. The benefits of leaving early are never ending!
  12. Would you like some sauce for that chip on your shoulder? I have no regrets. I got home in time to see some of the car crash that was Liverpool v Man Utd and if I'd stayed at Pittodrie there's no danger we would've came back. But congrats on seeing the Dons gain a point at home.
  13. Again I don't doubt that's true but I'm talking about yesterday. Yesterday. Not the whole of time. And no I wasn't there yesterday but I'm going by reports from both Sky Sports News and The Independent, who like them or not, should be pretty reliable sources.
  14. What utter nonsense. I can only assume it's fishing? I said countless times that Suarez (and Kenny while we're at it) handled things badly. All I'm saying is Evra isn't nearly as squeaky clean as he's made out to be. (I've got no interest in re-entering that debate so I'll leave it there.) I'm well aware that there are many idiots in the Liverpool support (and even more the fucking Aberdeen support). The occasion a few months back where one of them called the referee a black bastard springs to mind. But yesterday, as much as the anti Liverpool brigade (back out in force now) will be unhappy about it the Liverpool fans behaved well.
  15. Never mind the horrendous chanting and general PISH being spouted by the entire away support yesterday at Anfield. Don't let that get in the way of a good Liverpool bashing!
  16. That quote is from myself. It's clear that Evra does not extend his hand to shake with Luis and Luis swiftly moves on to the next person. It's clear. Why so few people can see that I don't know. I don't use any Liverpool fan sites and those quotes are from The Independent - not Liverpool fans. Fuds. Well they fucking were yesterday. Surely even you can't deny that!
  17. Aye well I saw a lot of the second half and had the rest Sky plussed. By all accounts the chanting started in the first half so the first I knew of it was when SSN reported it (in surprising detail). They had subtitles for what the Mancs were signing. And despite stating that the bother started in the 13th minute when the "Where's your famous Munich song" chats were heard they went on to contradict themselves by saying the Liverpool fan making the plane gesture started it. I'm just pleased that only one Liverpool fan was successfully goaded into biting. Whilst it wasn't great yesterday it could have been a hell of a lot worse.
  18. I feel the same way and I'm only 27.
  19. Farce of a refereeing performance at Anfield yesterday. All because of Fergie's fucking mind games. Fucking spineless cunt of a ref. Was disappointed to see that the fans didn't behave as well as they should have. SSN reported a time line of events type thing. Which apparently started with Man Utd fans trying to goad Liverpool fans into signing about Munich which they didn't rise to. Most of them didn't anyway; Apparently one (or two depending on where you read about it) Liverpool fan(s) made an aeroplane gesture which the whole away section responded with "Always the victims. It's never your fault." Despite the scummy Utd fans trying to stir I think the home fans at Anfield showed class by not rising to it. The vast majority of them anyway.
  20. I thought Magennis did ok for what he isn't (a footballer) and he seemed to enjoy running down the wing and putting the ball in. His pace caused problems at times. However he'd still be second player that I'd get rid of if I could. The first obviously being Jamie Langfield. He made one or two decent saves but none that I wouldn't have expected him to make. And when Motherwell (or any team) hit's a mis-kicked sclaff at goal and it's trundling towards Jamie Langfield I've never got any confidence in him keeping it oot. His kicking yesterday was the worst I've ever seen it. He gave the ball away to Motherwell's front pairing on at least 1 occasion and fucked up many of the rest of the kicks. It's a matter of time before this directly results in a goal being conceded. Decent fight back which I never expected but for FFS we should start like that, not finish.
  21. Am I the only one that thinks Cole is mentally (retarded but also) overrated?
  22. He did indeed. Two goals or not last night I still consider him to be fairly hoop.
  23. Now, that I agree with. Was thinking the same thing as I read it.
  24.
  25. A few of my mates have had similar treatment on that train from casuals. Wish they'd leave folk that aren't casuals out of it. In some good news Russell Anderson's red card in this match has been rescinded. EDIT: Fuck sake Manc!
