At no point today did we get in behind. It's all too predictable. We have nobody that you think will beat a man or created a goal . Hedges is a total fraud this season. Gets the ball, runs across the length of the pitch because he's on the wrong side and inevitably hopes for a foul or hits the corner flag with an awful finish. Hard to take any real positives from this, other than that we have so many defenders out that it can only improve.

Pretty insipid stuff today. Never looked like scoring. Another winnable game lost despite having the ball for most of it.

And I might come in for stick here, but Lewis Ferguson, his goal aside, was poor today, and has been for some time now, I think once we get bodies back and can shuffle Players back into their positions, McGeouch should replace Ferguson in the 11, I simply don't rate the boy and never have, he has shown brief glimpses of potential, but he's nowhere near consistent enough. Wouldn't mind seeing a bit more decisiveness from Hedges either, he's getting into the right positions but has made some proper poor decisions of late, hoping he's still getting back to full fitness and it'll come with that. Totally agree Kenny. As if I'd written it myself. Fergie lacks composure. Has pretty limited skill and only has a right foot. Should've turned into a better player by now. Hedges just needs to make better decisions. But we do have a world class striking coach, so surely he'll improve. Did think that he's looked sharper with each game though.

Miles ahead of them today. Long ball merchants were easily dealt with. Loving the fight in the team lately. Standing up to everyone, confrontational. I said it with Gallagher the other week. We don't get intimidated now. Even Joe chipping in with the half Nelson today. Teams wont expect to bully us any more. Some of that football at the start of the second half was a joy to watch.

Total mugging there. Let hope we get one back early in the second. Feel Joe maybe didn't have to dive in and could've tried to stand him up but that clearance put us in real trouble.

To be fair I only caught the second half. He just seems to always slow the game or make the wrong decision around the edge of the box. That charge into the box, he has no left foot, no plan to try and cross it or cut back. He's basically running hoping to go down, which is pretty much his whole game these days. He used to do so much more.

Thought the tempo was really good. Penalty was soft but Ojo should've moved the ball before he gave it away. I've never been a big mcgeoch fan but he was excellent tonight, hates rolled back the years and deano kept on top of Tav brilliantly. Only slight blip for me was fergie. He looks like he needs time out. Plenty of energy but no creativity or bravery when he gets into a good position. How many free kicks can he be allowed to hit into walls this season?

We've played a lot better and lost this season. Pleased for glass and crossing fingers that we have some bodies back for next week.

I'm not sure there are many players more frustrating than hedges. He makes some awful decisions in great positions.

Longstaff must be horrible in training if he can't push fergie out of this team. He's done nothing but commit fouls and play for fouls.

Hunners of midfielders running all over the place. We had that last week and they were all shite. Pleased Watkins is in as he looked good last week Fergie and hedges for me were very poor and those on the sidelines must wonder what it takes to get a run.

I thought he stepped up and played the captain's role, looking after his team mates. The tackle, he clearly won. Other than that he only told people to be quiet or deal with him.

Well that was shit. I've never really got the hype around fergie but he's awful today. Slows the game down every time he gets on the ball. Decision making is lousy. Hedges and Ojo also bring very little. At least the jet creates the odd chance. Glad looks to have shit the bed and moved away from his football philosophy to get the win and it shows in our awful forward play around the box.
