Looked the real deal and a nice replacement for Ferguson. Credit to JG and AFC recruitment team, putting together a nice squad so far.

Is Roos the number 1 GK?? I thought for sure Lewis would get the nod for this one. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

I thought he played well, or as well to be expected. You get what you get with him. As far as body language etc- I wouldn't read too much in to stuff. Thought he put in a professional shift. JG adressed his situation postmatch and said he 's been nothing but a pro all preseason and getting along well with everyone. Was active around the goal mouth, misplayed a couple but release a good shot that required this save in first half.

I liked how McCrorie seemed pushed up more, thought his leadership on defense last year was impressive but I like that JG sees him in more of an attacking MF role. Kennedy was all over the pitch, great to see- hope it continues.

Stunning. The best home/away combo in recent memory. The white looked very sharp in action today. Looking forward to getting ours once they ship out in August.
