  1. ^ Yip,I believe so. I only read the report, apparently Shankland is still missing from starting for D United. He'll be raring to go and prove himself in the bigger league. Good luck to him.

  2. Rocket, you're happy with the status quo...so long as it's is on your terms.

You get attention because  anyone who's familiar with regular posters on any and all Aberdeen football forums know that poking you with a stick (in a jocular fashion) will always provoke an utterly predictable display of boorish aggression. It's the ultimate small man syndrome tendencies on display each an every time.

Footfall on this particular forum will likely increase with the rapid and inevitable decline of AFC Chat, so now's possibly the ideal time for you to seek help.

  3. Rocket, you have to learn to rationalise your negative cognitive thinking. Selective abstraction appears to be be your 'go to'  rationale at all times.

Self-centeredness and assuming the worst usually result in increasing levels of aggressive behaviour, a trait predominant in your posting style even when you put on a cheery front.

Egomaniacal posting styles have been been subjects of study by prominent psychologists and conclusions tend to indicate the poster, behind the the internet persona, can often be of low self-esteem.

This is not a dig at you, but you need your head looked at min.

If you're not familiar, did you forget what Scotland's best golfer did to him in the Walker Cup or were you not interested in golf 3 years ago?

Why do you want a guy you don't know to win?

If the truth be told, i know very little about golf. I copied and pasted my study of Cameron Champ from a comment on You Tube. I wouldn't know him supposing I ran him over in a car purchased from yourself.

  5. Cameron Champ.

Not a name I'm familiar with so have doing my research prior to commenting:

Amazing how he can retain that much lag and still keep his body in a good position where he isn't using much axis tilt. You'd think that with that much lag he would be compensating somewhere to not hit as far down on the ball. Big hitting at its best.

I hope Champ doesn't lose his bottle and is indeed the champ.

  6. Paul Casey has the best golf coach there is: Peter Kostis.

The reason Paul is so compactly strong is due to hours of daily training substituting a club for a medicine ball, swinging it back and fore. And although the modern game dictates that feet should remain firmly grounded, Paul will raise his heel on impact. A strange yet wonderful swing.

  7. The finger will surely have to be pointed at the guy who gets paid handsomely to manage the players. Regardless of coronavirus, why is acceptable for a group of players to head out on the town as if nothing mattered after such a timid display on the pitch a few hours earlier.

Lads in their 20s and early 30s have a quiet pint/juice/whatever together and unfortunately pick up a deadly virus. They're nae premiership superstars who need their every single move scrutinised to within an inch. Just a case of wrong place, wrong time. I expect it'll be the same for a lot of folk. I went for a round of golf at one of the infected golf courses. Had it been a few days later I could have been down with the vid too. If I'd been 20, I'd have had it 48 times by now. Hopefully it'll allow us and other clubs to implement a better set of rules for their players going forward. Live and learn etc.

It's not up to Aberdeen and other clubs to "implement a better set of rules". The rules to follow regarding social distancing are already in place. Government dictates, not AFC. If our arsehole players are above the guidelines the rest of us are encouraged to follow, fuck them and our manager.

  9.  ^ Wilson was ex Man Utd, Bryson was a very highly thought of player at Derby, Both of these teams would be slightly above Aberdeen in the dross pecking order.

I thought Greg Stewart was a good signing first time around and after having watched Stevie May rip us apart at Ibrox, he got the nod of approval from most also.

All of the above failures due to team selection rather than their individual ability.

    Ferguson,:yes. Kennedy: jury's out.

I know my stuff min as I analyse football from the stand. Watching football on TV and forming an opinion on the back of professional analysts comments doesn't quite cut the mustard.

  10. ^ If you hang about with that guy 'piddler' who posts on AFC chat, you must be more retarded than I initially thought.

That guy should be lifted for bragging about his drugs intake and posting photos of his stash of cocaine.
