This years Red Ultras Football Tournament will take place on Saturday 28th June on the all weather pitch outside the Main Stand at Pittodrie. 6-a-side with 2 rolling substitutes, £40 team entry fee. Drinks and BBQ will be available at the Broadhill and changing facilities will be provided with the RDS open. All money raised will go towards future Red Army displays in the upcoming season. If you are up for entering a team then please send me a pm with your team name, contact name and phone number so I can get you added to the list! We require 4 new flagwavers for behind the goals next season. The lucky flagwavers will get free entry to every single home game including cups etc. The club will give the flagwavers a pass and they come in through the same door of the RDS every single game. They need to be in 30 mins before kick off and in position on track no later than 20 minutes before kick off. The club provide a stool to sit on and waterproof clothing is advised as they are out in the open. The job involves waving the chequered flags before teams come out at the start of the game and start of second half and also when we score. We have found that 12-15 is the perfect age for this but we also like the parents or guardian to be at the games as well. If you have done this before then reply as soon as possible because these posts get filled quickly. This is a fantastic experience for any young fan as they are really close to the action. Red Ultras Summer Tournament Our annual summer football tournament will take place on Saturday 14th July down at Pittodrie on the all weather pitch (car park). Same format as last year with 6-a-side and 2 rolling substitutes. Entry fee is £35 with all money raised going towards funds for next seasons displays, including European ones now! If you are up for it then please send me a pm including details of the team name, contact name and telephone number. Any queries then please ask and hopefully this can be our most successful one yet!
